We have a 3 nights stay and like the hotel very much. Located at very convenient places, walkable distance to JR station and airport bus stop just opposite the hotel. Facilities include gym and laundry services are useful for us. Staff are very helpful. Amenities can be collected at reception area. Nothing to critics. Definitely will definitely stay here when I am back to Aomori.

部屋が広く、エキストラベッドを入れてくださったので家族3人でゆったり過ごせました。 明かりが一般家庭のように明るくて卓上灯も学習灯のように明るいです。 バスルームもゆったりしており、全体的に清潔でアメニティも不足ありませんでした。 場所は空港からバスで柳町下車徒歩すぐです。 ホテルの建物内に和洋中+トニーローマの各レストラン(ホテルでお得な食事券が購入できます)も充実、ベーカリーやローソンもあるので本当に便利です。 お隣に柿崎という人気のお蕎麦屋さんがあるのですが、あいにく貸切でした。 周辺にも飲食店がポツポツあるようなので駅前まで行かなくても食事には困らないと思います。

旅行支援の争奪戦に負けて、通常より割高で宿泊しました。 スタッフさんの対応は良く、エントランスの装飾も青森らしく素敵でした。 部屋はシングルのスタンダードの部屋に泊まりました。 内装はリフォームしているのか、清潔感がありとても綺麗で期待通りだと思いました。 ですが、3点ユニットバスに非常にがっかりさせられました。 水回りだけリフォームしていないようで古さを感じました。 洗面台にはカビ？剥がれ？があり、鏡の下の隅にも黒ずんだ大きめ跡。 シャワーカーテンもちゃんと干されていないような湿った臭い。 それだけならまだいいのですが、下水の臭いとにかく酷かったです。 ユニットバスのドア開けたままだと部屋にも臭ってくるほどです。 それがかなり残念でした。 ただでさえ割高で泊まってるのに、これはちょっと無いなと思いました。 それ以外はよかったのですが、どうしても下水の臭いが許せませんでした、、

Saya rasa kerja yang dilakukan oleh kakitangan dan kakitangan meja depan adalah baik. Penginapan adalah selesa. Terutamanya bantal menepati citarasa saya supaya saya boleh tidur dengan lena. Tujuan kali ini adalah untuk membeli sake utama dan pergi ke perjalanan gourmet Saya menikmatinya, tetapi saya menikmati segala-galanya. Sebuah restoran di hadapan stesen yang disyorkan oleh kakitangan hotel ”Onai” dan ”Ippachi sushi” adalah harga yang berpatutan dan sangat baik. Di kedai minuman keras Sato berhampiran hotel, saya dapat membeli sake utama Aomori sambil diajar pelbagai perkara, dan ia adalah lokasi terbaik. Disyorkan untuk pelbagai pelancong.

今回は青森に避暑に訪れました。青森駅からは車でほんの１時間足らずなのに、とても自然あふれたところです。外観は山小屋風の建物で、ダイニングルームには薪ストーブや大小の絵画が飾られ山小屋の雰囲気を醸し出していました。部屋の中にも２種類の絵があり、壁はしっくりの飾り塗りされていて、雰囲気がとても良かったです。館内用の「作務衣」と寝るための「パジャマ」と室内着が２種類用意されていて、夕食時も作務衣でいられたのでとてもリラックスできました。浴衣だとはだけてくるし、寝間着でウロウロもどうかと思うので、これは他のホテルでも採用して欲しいサービスだと思いました。また、アメニティ（ボディタオル、歯ブラシ、クシ、コットン、ヒゲソリなど）も小袋に用意されていて、お風呂用バックまで置かれていたのには驚きました。ホテルのホームページも見やすく、予約もしやすかったです。また、20kmほど離れた蔦温泉とは姉妹ホテルなので、蔦温泉の日帰り入浴も利用できます。蔦温泉もとっても風情ある温泉なので、おすすめです。

14時30分過ぎに到着しましたが、しっかり15時のチェックイン時間まで待たされました。 フロントエリアのスタッフは、駆け足でバタバタ。 こういう宿は、業務の仕組みがなっていないので、悪い予感を抱き始めました。 施設は古めですが、部屋は清潔感あり。 温泉の泉質は、ナトリウム・カルシウム・硫酸塩・塩化物泉で、pH8.21の弱アルカリ性。 メタケイ酸は、131.6mg/Kgと多めなので、保湿力高く、美肌の湯です。 夕食の鮑の酒蒸し（オプション）は絶品でしたが、他の料理は普通。 甘〜い茶碗蒸しは、いただけません。 朝食は、ビジネスホテル並みかな？ この宿に限りませんが、海辺の宿なのに魚は鮭。 全体に、非日常感の無い宿でしたが、陸奥湾一望と夜の津軽三味線演奏会だけは非日常。 あと一点、一階に広いホールのような部屋があるのですが、中は乱雑な物置状態。しかも、扉がガラスなので、中が丸見え。 曖昧な経営姿勢が見て取れます。 興醒め。残念。

青森駅の目の前にあるので、鉄道などで青森駅を使う場合には便利です。一方でホテルの前の道路は一方通行なので、マイカーやレンタカーで訪れる時は注意が必要です。また、これはホテルの方からも注意喚起されますが、タワーパーキングの前が狭いことなどから朝は出庫に時間を要しますので注意が必要です。また、あまり大きい車両はおそらく駐車できないかと思います。 私は利用しませんでしたが、ルートインの良いところの１つは大浴場があるところですね。こちらのホテルにもありました。昼間の割と早い時間から入浴可能だったように記憶しています。 部屋はオートロックではなく、カードキーでもありません。今時珍しい、普通の鍵です。部屋での滞在中や外出時には自分で施錠する必要があります。 朝食はバイキングで、正直飛び抜けておいしいということではありませんでしたが、普通においしかったです。

This family alike hot spring hotel is really nice. When we first arrived at the hotel, their staff was already waiting outside in cold weather, he passionately direct us for parking and also help alight our luggages. He also have a big smile on his face which made us feel very welcome. Their staff are also very friendly and helpful too. Their hot spring is really cosy and the outdoor one is really comfortable. There are also a lot of tourist spots can be visited too. Our room is very big and comfortable. Their staff will help set up the bed for us when we head for the dinner. Their dinner and breakfast were very tasty and fresh, feels like living in a real Japanese family.

青森空港行バス乗り場（新町一丁目）まで約１００ｍと近く、また青森駅まで徒歩５分以内と利便性が良いです。 外観はやや古い感がありますが、館内はきれいに改装されてます。室内も十分な広さで落ち着いた雰囲気です。設備も一通り揃っていますが、特に丸テーブルと椅子のセットと荷物置き場があったのが良かったです。ベットも大型で快適に過ごせました。朝食は６時３０分からで、１１階にあり、市内の眺望を眺めながら食事できます。席もゆったりしていて、和洋の料理の種類も多く、美味しかったです。フロント前には、無料の新聞が置いてあり、自由に持っていけるようになっていました。

酒店就在雪場，通過攜程預訂時，總是顯示房源緊張，但實際入住沒幾人。旁邊還有一家酒店“八甲田山莊”，但攜程預訂不了。房間很大，但廁所很小，房間裏有暖氣，很熱，我晚上開了一點窗户睡的。房費裏含早餐和晚餐，都是典型的日餐，但很少一點點刺身，口味一般。酒店自己有個室內温泉，詢問時告知是免費的，結賬時卻收了150日元的税，不理解這個税是基於什麼理論收取的。估計是由於性價比不好，住的人不多，大部分人即便第二天還滑雪，也都住青森了。順便説一下成倉和酸湯，這兩家離雪場還有一段距離，除了一天三趟巴士外，酒店也免費接送，但一般時間是固定的，成倉9點送，下午3點接。如你需要其它時間接送，要與酒店協商。 去滑雪場在青森站前的巴士站11號線等車，有站牌，每天三班，早上8點最早一班，原擔心人多，我提前了二十分鐘去排隊，但最後都座下了，巴士中間過道有預備的椅子可以利用。 順便説一下八甲田滑雪場。雪是真好，真好，真好！完全天然雪，沒有壓過。但纜車經常停運，建議你早上七點看雪場的公告，如果停運就別上來了。我第一天衹滑了一趟，那天天氣很好，但纜車故障停運了，無奈衹能去旁邊的小雪場滑了一下午，半天4小時3800日元。第二天也衹滑了兩趟，因風大停運了。

まず、駅近くだから、周りに本格的な飲食店が多い！のっけ丼やらレトロカフェ、味噌カレー牛乳ラーメンなどなど！ホテルはこのお値段で露天温泉が味わえる！しかもゲタまで用意されていて雰囲気ばっちり！朝食もマイウ！温泉上がりに漫画本も充実！部屋ではVOD見放題！思わず夜更かし！フロント様の対応も丁寧。こりゃリピートしますね。ただ１つだけ難点があるとするなら、エアコンが臭い。これだけは勘弁してください。クリーニングしてね。でもまた必ず来ます！

夕食がブュッフェではなく、簡単ではあるが和食会席なのが良かった。ただ、ドリンクの価格は高いと思います。 温泉・泉質は非常に良かったのですが、露天風呂が残念でした。男性浴場は、露天風呂と大浴場が繋がっているのですが、女性用は大浴場と露天風呂が離れています。しかも、露天風呂は22:30までで、朝は利用できませんでした。 利用した和室は、陸奥湾向きで眺めは良かったです。しかし、国道4号線に面していて一晩中　車の騒音がうるさく何度も目が覚めました。建物・設備もかなり古いです。

青森空港行バス乗り場（新町一丁目）まで約１００ｍと近く、また青森駅まで徒歩５分以内と利便性が良いです。 外観はやや古い感がありますが、館内はきれいに改装されてます。室内も十分な広さで落ち着いた雰囲気です。設備も一通り揃っていますが、特に丸テーブルと椅子のセットと荷物置き場があったのが良かったです。ベットも大型で快適に過ごせました。朝食は６時３０分からで、１１階にあり、市内の眺望を眺めながら食事できます。席もゆったりしていて、和洋の料理の種類も多く、美味しかったです。フロント前には、無料の新聞が置いてあり、自由に持っていけるようになっていました。

青森駅の目の前にあるので、鉄道などで青森駅を使う場合には便利です。一方でホテルの前の道路は一方通行なので、マイカーやレンタカーで訪れる時は注意が必要です。また、これはホテルの方からも注意喚起されますが、タワーパーキングの前が狭いことなどから朝は出庫に時間を要しますので注意が必要です。また、あまり大きい車両はおそらく駐車できないかと思います。 私は利用しませんでしたが、ルートインの良いところの１つは大浴場があるところですね。こちらのホテルにもありました。昼間の割と早い時間から入浴可能だったように記憶しています。 部屋はオートロックではなく、カードキーでもありません。今時珍しい、普通の鍵です。部屋での滞在中や外出時には自分で施錠する必要があります。 朝食はバイキングで、正直飛び抜けておいしいということではありませんでしたが、普通においしかったです。

14時30分過ぎに到着しましたが、しっかり15時のチェックイン時間まで待たされました。 フロントエリアのスタッフは、駆け足でバタバタ。 こういう宿は、業務の仕組みがなっていないので、悪い予感を抱き始めました。 施設は古めですが、部屋は清潔感あり。 温泉の泉質は、ナトリウム・カルシウム・硫酸塩・塩化物泉で、pH8.21の弱アルカリ性。 メタケイ酸は、131.6mg/Kgと多めなので、保湿力高く、美肌の湯です。 夕食の鮑の酒蒸し（オプション）は絶品でしたが、他の料理は普通。 甘〜い茶碗蒸しは、いただけません。 朝食は、ビジネスホテル並みかな？ この宿に限りませんが、海辺の宿なのに魚は鮭。 全体に、非日常感の無い宿でしたが、陸奥湾一望と夜の津軽三味線演奏会だけは非日常。 あと一点、一階に広いホールのような部屋があるのですが、中は乱雑な物置状態。しかも、扉がガラスなので、中が丸見え。 曖昧な経営姿勢が見て取れます。 興醒め。残念。

夕食がブュッフェではなく、簡単ではあるが和食会席なのが良かった。ただ、ドリンクの価格は高いと思います。 温泉・泉質は非常に良かったのですが、露天風呂が残念でした。男性浴場は、露天風呂と大浴場が繋がっているのですが、女性用は大浴場と露天風呂が離れています。しかも、露天風呂は22:30までで、朝は利用できませんでした。 利用した和室は、陸奥湾向きで眺めは良かったです。しかし、国道4号線に面していて一晩中　車の騒音がうるさく何度も目が覚めました。建物・設備もかなり古いです。

I decided to come all the way from Tokyo to this location near Aomori in the middle of some heavy heavy snowfall and snow blizzards. Thankfully, the Ryokan is literally in front of the train station. This was very helpful in the middle of a white out snow blizzard. Expect this kind of weather in northern Aomori in mid-December. The train station Asamushi Onsen on the Aomori Railway is fairly straightforward to access from Aomori Station and brings you to the Ryokan fairly easily. There isn't a big sign which would have been helpful during a snow blizzard. Check-in was fairly easy , even with no Japanese, the lady understood the important basic things required for simple check in I needed to know. I had asked for an ”ocean” view when booking and that was the best part really.. amazing view of Mutsu Bay from the room. The room was a really really big tatami floored room for just one. Nice softbeds, some loose matcha green tea leaves and tea set/kettle. Despite the spacious room, almost no space between ends of beds and cheap wardrobe. Kind of just shoved in there. TV and Japanese dining table although I didn't use them. And an Aomori Apple cake of some description to welcome, nice touch. Really annoying noisy air conditioner / heater, although managed to turn off the ”swing” function that kept me awake. Reception had a nice log fire, but it's a kind of dark and creepy place. I guess there's not much happening here in mid-winter. Here was the onsen. Pretty standard bathing facility is you're familiar with these kinds of onsen. No view so nothing special or noteworthy to write. Had to use it as the room had no bathroom. I didn't eat meals here so cannot comment. The location is excellent, near some places to buy food and the other onsens and places of interest all nearby. I wonder if they need to update one or two things as it does feel kind of outdated but for the price and size of room, cannot complain.

浅虫温泉の老舗宿。 海扇閣というのはもともと南部屋別館でその後本館が取り壊され別館だけになっているため南部屋海扇閣と名乗っているのか？建物は立派で私の地元の道後温泉で例えるならば「ふなや」のような重厚さがある。連泊で利用したが食事、部屋、サービス、全てが素晴らしく流石は名門老舗宿だと感じた。毎晩開催される津軽三味線の本格的な演奏も素晴らしい。 温泉は、源泉音頭は高い温泉らしいがちょっと泉質が薄いかな？だが浴場は広々しており清潔で快適だ。

神奈川県から車で東北を抜け北海道を巡り、帰路に函館からフェリーで着いた後に宿泊しました。 初めての利用で駐車場の場所がわからず、ベルボーイがいないのでフロントの女性に尋ねると、やざわざ外へ出て来て対応してくれました。重いスーツケース4つを1人で部屋まで運んでくれ、丁寧で暖かい様子にこのホテルにして良かったと思いました。 バー・モンターニュのメニューが気に入って夕食の予約をお願いしたいのですが、貸し切りで利用できず残念でした。代わりに教えて貰った近くの居酒屋・大判小判のお料理がおいしくてリーズナブルで、良い思い出になりました。 お部屋は古いのですがよく手入れされてお掃除も行き届いていて、ゆっくりとくつろぐことができました。 また青森に行く時は是非利用したいです。

This family alike hot spring hotel is really nice. When we first arrived at the hotel, their staff was already waiting outside in cold weather, he passionately direct us for parking and also help alight our luggages. He also have a big smile on his face which made us feel very welcome. Their staff are also very friendly and helpful too. Their hot spring is really cosy and the outdoor one is really comfortable. There are also a lot of tourist spots can be visited too. Our room is very big and comfortable. Their staff will help set up the bed for us when we head for the dinner. Their dinner and breakfast were very tasty and fresh, feels like living in a real Japanese family.
