Came fly fishing for the weekend and enjoyed the facility and location of the hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Value for the price was adequate. Nothing special about the room. Only 2 thin bath towels and the mattress leaned a little to one side, but it was fine for overnight.

I would really like to give this 5 stars because the staff was very friendly and accommodating. But I think it’s important for a future guest to get a good picture of the accommodations. The room is fine and it’s definitely basic which is good for the price. However, our phone didn’t work so if there was an emergency to call the front desk we couldn’t do it. The first night the hot tub wasn’t heated, I let them know in the morning and they fixed it. We were placed in the back which was quiet, but it felt a bit unsafe back there. At 6:30 am, the fire alarm went off a couple of times which happens if guest don’t shut the bathroom door when showering but not every guest is going to remember that. So overall, it’s a clean basic place if you need an affordable option, but I think there are better places to stay in Bishop.

My key card wouldn’t work at 12am and it was very cold. Got another and it wouldn’t work either. Had to be let in with the clerk. Smoke alarm went off for 5 min at 6am waking my kids up. Remote for heater wouldn’t work.

This property was easily accessible from Hwy 395, had a nice sized room, dining was within walking distance, and was a short drive up to Mammoth for our 3 days of skiing. Great option!

The staff was excellent, the room was older but good condition. The breakfast was terrible but no fault of the staff they just didn't have good items to work with.
