We enjoyed the hotel very much. can't ask for better locations. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff at front desk as well as the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

OK.
1. TOTALLY PISSED that the "piscine" was out of service. I come to this place specifically for this. Years ago, the spa had a steam room, two saunas, and a cold plunge, plus the whirlpool/piscine. There was a notice: piscine is out of service, we apologize for any inconvenience. This sounds like the American school shootings: "Thoughts and Prayers." BIG F---ING DEAL!!! TOTALLY STINKS!
2. There is a very large restaurant/bar complex. But the restroom facilities are totally inadequate. One toilet for men, one for women (inciting a VERY long line), one for disabled. Really. Happy to have had a room to go up to to relieve myself.
3. No bidet in the bathroom -- not even a hose like they have in Jerusalem. Granted, South Tyrol is not Italy. But south of the Brenner, they should have bathrooms with bidets. South Tyrol is not Arkansas.
4. The English menus need to be run by native speakers. "Rosmary" ??? "Mushed potatoes" ???
I have stayed here at least five times. Never again.
