The workers were very nice, room was cleaned and tidy, the driver was really kind.

Overall ok hotel. The air filter in the heater was really dirty but otherwise no issues. Pool was nice. Front seat checking was fine.

The good: Hotel was nice enough, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, very cool option for kids that they have bunk beds! Breakfast was okay: cereal, oa**eal packets, bread products, cold breakfast sandwiches, and waffles to make. Not spectacular but better than no breakfast and not the worst ive had. Staff member at breakfast was very friendly and hard-working. The not-so-good: The hotel is nothing fancy. If youre needing fancy this is not it. There was a newer wing that was updated. My main complaint/issue centers around the airport shuttle. I was told it requires 24-hour notice when i called several hours before my flight was due to arrive and so i was out of luck. I have NEVER heard of an airport shuttle that requires 24-hour notice and ive used a lot of them. What happens if my flight is delayed or early? What happens if my bags dont arrive on time? So many scenarios would render providing advanced notice useless. And yet that is the policy. And the hotel is a hike from the airport. Id say probably 15-20 minutes. So i was counting on the airport shuttle and it let us down big time. Dont count on the airport shuttle. You will most likely need to make other arrangements. If thats a problem for you, I'd recommend against it. I would not book it again just because it meant i had to pay more for the rental car (fortunately it was available!) So it cost me more for this hotel. I would've picked one with a functional airport shuttle.

Considering the price, it was fine. It had vey high star reviews on ******* and I wouldn’t give it that high. Half of the downstairs has recently been renovated so I’d give that side 5 stars, but we were put in the old side where the carpet is very dirty looking and there seems to be painted over mould in the bathroom. Little things add up like no shampoo in the bathroom, no towels by the pool, pretty weak breakfast. All that being said it was a cheap price and that was my priority for a quick sleep on a long drive.

I liked the size of the room, the front desk staff and breakfast. However, the room was DIRTY, it was Chris**as night and we didn't see the bad condition it was in when we arrived because it was dark and we were tired and just went to bed. When I went to take a shower, there was dirt and hair in the tub. My husband cleaned it out so I could shower. The tub wouldn't drain and I told the front desk. It was fixed by the time we got back to the room. On our way to check out my husband noted that it appeared as if someone had thrown liquid all over the wall over the bed we did not sleep in. Very disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable and soft. Room was small but I guess that goes with the price of the room.

Would not let us check in when we got there and did not get us a refund even when we did not stay there. Do not recommend

The front desk lady was amazing. very refreshing to see such great customer service. She stands above the rest!!!!
