Convenient location and direct access to Burnie waterfront and beach area. Rooms very clean and nicely fitted out. Team on front desk and in restaurant are very friendly. Can be a bit noisy on weekend evenings if your room is over the bar but all part of the atmosphere. Would stay again for sure.

We have stayed at this property on several occasions, and we have always found the place to be pleasant and clean but we noticed this time the accommodation has been recently renovated and really modern, fresh and very functional and tastefully done. They have added outside dining as well as a sensational new menu, we will definitely be staying again and again …

Friendly staff but limited car parking and with a restaurant/pub downstairs it can be noisy at night.
There is no lift, you have to carry suitcases up the stairs.

Classic (I think!) Aussie hotel, bar and restaurant with extra character, gaming room and lively atmosphere. Superb room, v comfortable, great facilities, right next to the beach and sea walk. Worthy of a bit more than an overnight.

The room was really perfect. We had the balcony, which was nice, also a beach view. No complaints, except the noise from the bar under us. From 7 pm until 10:30-ish, it was annoying. If you’re noise sensitive then I wouldn’t stay here.

From.our room we could see the water. How good was that? We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Sadly we only had 1 night but would make it more next time round.

The condition of the room is worth the price, however some inconvenience to expect.
I have experienced sleep disruptions due:
- banging doors from guest doors and the fire exit (also a smoking area) door next
- partying guest neighbours (no 24/7 reception, no number to call to)
I am felt unhappy with the delayed breakfast delivery and when I rang in the morning to follow up, no one can pick the phone. When I went downstairs and knock on the receptions window, no one was there yet. After 830am I rang again finally someone picked the call but not at work yet.
They said they lost the slip (breakfast order form and that it), I picked muffins they gave fruit salad because apparently it will take time prepare muffins, and many more similar reasonings
