The internet did not work due to a weak signal. There was no plain coffee with no added powered milk or sugar (I drink black coffee with no milk or sugar) There was no pen or paper

Somewhat cheaper than other options in the area but lovely staff, a clean, quiet room with a good mattress.

This is an old premises with small rooms, but they are kept reasonably well. Limited facilities but OK for a stopover or work accommodation.

This motel is very basic, for $313 for one night.. not worth it but you don't have any other options. My room didn't include a towel which was pretty poor. Also no instructions on how to access WiFi. There was a free WiFi that I could connect to but the bandwidth was so poor I couldn't even load a youtube video without it buffering every 3 seconds. The walls are also paper thing, I could hear the people speaking in the room next door very easily and they weren't even talking loudly. The floorboards are also super squeaky. The man who welcomes me into the hotel was very nice and accommodating, he even wrote me a voucher to use at the local cafe for complimentary breakfast which was I appreciated. For $300 a night I would expect 5 stars but it was very basic, I guess the price goes up quite high in peak season.

Was perfect value for money. Property was what you'd expect and very clean. Could do without the single use small plastic toiletries to save on plastic, but this would be my only tiny criticism. Staff was welcoming and very friendly :) I will certainly be coming back again if it stays this affordable.

Norman was a great host. The property is centrally located in Cooma town with access to all amenities. The property provided tea and coffee facilities, toiletries and towels. Has a common area with a small kitchen toaster, fridge and basic utensils. Rooms are clean and warm and cozy specially for winter. The reverse cycle air con keeps the rooms warm in winter.

Do not be deceived by the outside or position of this Motel. Fabulously clean, large and attention to detail was beyond excellent.

Great value for money and wonderful location to all amenities. Norman & his wife are perfect hosts who go out of their way to ensure guest requests. Highly recommended.
