Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resorts

I thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise with my family, relishing the overall experience. The impeccable service and standout features like the swimming pool and rooftop restaurant left a lasting impression. Kudos to the exceptional hospitality and staff behavior, especially Mr. Saiful, who proved incredibly cooperative. Despite these positive aspects, a couple of considerations for improvement stand out. Firstly, the discontinuation of warm water in washrooms after midnight during the winter season seems inconvenient. Additionally, a reconsideration of fixed air-conditioning temperatures in rooms could enhance guest comfort. Moreover, while the food at the rooftop restaurant exceeded expectations, the complementary breakfast fell short. It lacked essential seasoning, particularly salt and necessary spices. A refinement of the breakfast offerings to match the deliciousness of their regular menu would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. Notwithstanding these minor considerations, the overall positive experience during our stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise significantly overshadowed any concerns. The commendable service, outstanding amenities, and delightful dining at the rooftop restaurant make it a highly commendable choice for future visits. Hotel Ocean Paradise truly stands out as a top-notch destination, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for any traveler.

Service : 10/10 Food: 10/10 Room Quality: 10/10 I was in ocean paradise, I stayed in 466. This is a sea view room. Room was perfect. I love the room. From check in till I got Checked out every staff behaviour was really nice. In them front desk staff Mr. Jonaid is good human being. He helped me and suggested me my room for good sea view. Thank you jonaid vaiya for making my stay better. Their food quality is amazing and reasonable. Their parking area is huge, even though their was lots of guest but parking area has more space. It was my first stay in ocean paradise. I like this hotel a lot.

After a few months me and my friends went for a vacation to cox's bazar for "Pohela Boishakh" and our vacation was so perfect all thanks to "Ocean Paradise hotel & Resort. Starting with check in 14th april.. I was so stunned about the decoration and their stalls... It was decorated so perfectly. I was happy to see that all the staff was so happy and enjoining their work so much, it is very rare. It was my first time in ocean paradise, so I was really excited about their arrangements. So, I went to the reception for asking what they have arrange for today. The receptionist named Junayed came forward to help me. He explained me their " pohela boishakh" programs. He also helped me visiting the stalls. I really have to say that he is a excellent guy with good sense of humour. In their food stalls each and every item was really good to eat. Their was a concert as well. Overall I enjoyed each and everything very much. Lastly, I want to thanks the owner to arrange such a great program. Please do continue this every year. I will visit next year as well.

1. Not all of the Fornt desk officers were professional. Some of front desk staff attitude are not good. But few were so experienced & behaved very well & managed everything perfectly as I remember a boy Zubayer, that young man is very organised. He managed everything very professionally I gave front desk staff average mark. ( 4 out 5) 2. Rest of the services & behaviour are excellent. I am really happy with their service, behaviour and attitude. (4 out of 5) 3. Room is good. View is also excellent. (5 out of 5) 4. Buffet menu was awesome I enjoyed it a lot. (5 out of 5)

All the staff and managers including some people of the front desk was so friendly and gave us the best hospitality everytime I visit Cox's Bazar I stay in this hotel and they give me the best service and hospitality. Every staff-manager is very friendly here. some of them are mentionable. As the boy named Zubayer gave me the best service and helped me a lot to Check in. He is very much professional & experienced as I went there before the check in time that young man helped me a lot and gave me the best hospitality! this hotel is highly recommended

We checked in This hotel very recent, we enjoyed your pahela Baishakh fair. We felt like we staying in village from there we enjoy juice, jhal muri, choti, the gift shop was very unique. Also joler gan performance was excellent. But we doesn’t won the raffel draw. On that that buffet lunch was excellent & service was great, all are wearing gamsa as Bengali style. We got our room late but i guess Adbul Hannan was very good guy. Also the little boy Zubayer, thank you mr for giving us the room early. We enjoyed our vacation so much. Due to busy schedule some services were missing but it can be ignored. Concierge guys i forget the name he was also good. Thank Ocean paradise team for making our tour memorable.

One of the best suit i have ever seen with a best decor. The interior and attached bath is the best attraction of this room. The behavior of the hotel administration specially Mr. Zubayer who welcomed us is megnaficant I cheer him for his entire support he treated to us. I am eager to visit again and again here. I was in honeymoon suit room celo 516 that was really the best room ever I visited.

This is a nice Hotel at Cox’s Bazar. The services are very much comfortable. Foods and servings are excellent. The staffs are so cordial. However the Bar service needs improvement. Smoking should be in a separate place. Direct access to sea will add more stars in the ranking of this Hotel. We enjoyed our stay here.

Located in middle of Kolatoli and sugondha beach this hotel has wonderful ocean view rooms and rooftop restaurants (which I love the most). I stayed in Room no- 412. All the staffs behaviour was really professional and gentle as the hospitality staff should be mainly one of the receptionist named Jonayed is really well behaved and nice person. As I went to a very day and I was with my baby but Jonayed was very helpful, he gave me my room as soon as possible which I'm very thankful for. Thank you Ocean Paradise Hotel and resort. I will visit again with my family.
