The hotel was quite lovely and clean and tastefully decorated. Room was clean but one issue that never got resolved was that we could not shower due to no water in the shower. Even when moving us to another room, no water in the shower there either. And our friends that we were traveling with didn’t have running water in shower either. When asked for credit of some kind, the front desk told us to call ******* where we booked. Hoping that between ******* and Ethan Allen, they make this right for us and all that stayed there last night that had NO water in the shower.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms for most reasonable price around ! No reason to go anywhere else. Plus restaurant in the hotel which makes it very convenient! Perfect overnight stay for what we needed!
Tom was running the restaurant from server to bartender. He did it all and did a great job!
Would come back!

Our first room had no heat. They gave us a new room. The second room the shower was almost impossible to turn on (the water valve took two hand and while body strength to pull out and on) and then when we finally got the water turned on half the water goes down the drain because the diverter is worn out or has something wrong with it. The main elevator was out of order. They certainly need to work on their facilities! The staff was very friendly and pleasant and appeared genuinely apologetic for so many issues. The bar and restaurant was very nice and the Lobby is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and give them a second chance because it's a great location and the staff was very good.

We didn’t like that even though the property was gorgeous our room had issues. The tv didn’t work, the towels were paper thin, the water pressure was nil and the bed was really uncomfortable. But the whole vibe of the property was amazing.

The restaurant was closed for most of our stay. The one morning it was open they closed early, so we missed breakfast.
The lock on the door to our room stopped working on our last day. It was repaired briefly, but then stopped working again. We had to cuddle through getting out of our room with a malfunctioning door. This caused us to get out late, so the coffee station in the lobby was shut down. No coffee for the road!!

The room that I stayed in was showing it's age. For an Inn that has the name "Ethan Allen" I was hoping the furnishings to be nice. My room looked like it was furnished at the scratch and dent sale. Add to that, the gym was "out of order" for the duration. They provide cleaning service only after 3 days stay, yet I had to call to remind them. Not even close to a good stay. At least the room was quiet and relatively safe area. Note that the price does not include any breakfast. That is $15 extra. I will try elsewhere next time.

I had the king size suite...the room was immaculate and the bed was VERY cozy. I have zero negative things to say about this hotel. I had a great time and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely use this nice hotel. Check-in was also a breeze.
