Parklane Resort

I guess "Poor" is the wrong word for Parklane Resort and its staff specially Mr. ************* and the front office staff ************. The best word to define them was Greedy and Notorious. Now I will explain why I am saying so, I have a booking in this resort for 2 nights that is 18th and 19th Feb 2020 under booking reference ID ********* via Agoda. As we were traveling to Dhanbad from Lucknow due to traffic congestion we reached late around 8:00 PM in the night and these guys canceled our booking and said they have not received any booking via Agoda. The best part Mr. ****** and ****** is trying to explain technical jargon. Dude, I ***age a site with a billion transactions in 24 hours and I know what Agoda is. So after a long tussle, they just asked us to leave their resort by saying that they have arranged our rooms in Kings Resort which is just a dumping ground for us. I have not expected such a low mentality from these folks as we were a group of 10 people with kids & oldie people and we have booked an executive room so you can understand what kind of service we were expecting. This brings me conclusion either that Mr. Vikrant Singh is stupid and is not fit tourism industry or he is incapable of handling the situations like this. I would not say any good word for Mr. Vikrant and Pinky for selling our booked room to someone else who has booked the marriage hall in their resort. They have just unethical business practices with poor executioners like Mr. Vikrant and Pinky.

Good food with a good music. Had a really nice evening. Pool view, really good place to click pictures. Good place to go out with family. Overall place with music always looks good. Must visit place near dhanbad.

Nice place , good food, great ambience, easy to reach from highway, lots of space for parking, staff gestures are very supportive. Thanks to Shilpi for confirming the reservation so well and Soumita for smooth checkin and checkout procedures. Will be back again

We visited Stevia restaurant for my nephew's birthday celebration. Firstly i got attracted with the ambience and the staff behaviour was quiet helping and co-operating.Specially Aziz was very well behaved.Food was too good.will visit again.

As I was traveling alone and so scared to stay in any hotel in an unknown City. I am glad to choose Parklane Resort for my stay for a night. Seriously it was so amazing and satisfied. Taken care by reception staffs and they are so helpful. Specially Ms. Soumita and Ms. Mamta. Thanks to Ms. Shilpi for taking care of my reservation so properly.

We had stayed in this property for weekend and stay was very cmfrtable and staff behavior nd service was very gud. Kids even enjoyed alot. Well maintained property with good food and prompt service.....
