The room was nothing special., but were clean. Easy to get to. The breakfast was not anything special. The biscuits, biscuit and gravy, were dry and hard.

Employees did not know how to enter my Wyndham membership number on the transaction. Check in process took way too long.

Check-in time was scheduled for 2:00 pm but we arrived earlier than expected. The hotel clerk, Ms. Tejal, checked for us and our room was ready, so we were able to check-in earlier. First impression of the outside property was ok. Inside reception area was clean and well maintained. Didn't get to participate in the free breakfast the next morning but the area was clean and well organized. The clerk, Ms. Tejal, was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed talking with her. Our room was clean. We experienced several small issues with our room. Notified the clerk about these things when we checked out and she said she would pass that on to the
maintenance department. This is an older building that needs to be given a new fresh update. Would probably stay at this property on a return visit to Fairfield. Please note that we didn't check out the indoor pool or the walking trail next to the hotel, both good extras.

It was a “no smoking” hotel, but had the stench of cigarettes. The pool was FREEZING. Beds were hard also one of the beds did not have sheets.

Air conditioner did not work and when we mentioned it nothing was done. So we bought a fan. ONLY THEN did they offer to move us to a different room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool looked to be in good shape but we didn't use it due to time constraints. The parking lot needs some TLC to repair the very worn concrete. Our room (203) had a damp smell and feel to it but otherwise it was good. It seems like many hotel rooms feel damp and I'm not sure why that is the case since the air conditioner was running at 74 degrees and the outside temp was 100; it should have been nice and dry in the room.
The breakfast was typical for being free (eggs, sausage, donuts, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bananas, yogurt, bagels , etc) The coffee was excellent!
