Old Town Inn is a simple, but clean property. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable beds. The motel is within walking distance of Old Town Florence and the Suislaw River.

Very quaint little hotel with great conveniences like a mini fridge microwave very comfortable beds and the staff was more than happy to have us be there I usually don’t have somebody offered to help me unload my car and take my things to my room even in a major hotels but here a staff members asked to help now that’s service with a smile

They allowed us a late checkout to accommodate a conference call and all the beds are new as of last year. The beds are SO comfortable. There is coffee service and a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room and more tea and hot chocolate service in the office. There is a cute restaurant around the corner; the location is great.

The people who run the motel are not the friendliest people. And if you stay more than one night you have to go get your towels and coffee from the office. They have no maid service. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice office manager. Handy walk to Old Town. But limited TV with no guide or direction, no AC and had to put a pillow over the router during the night 'cause it blinked like a neon light in the room.

We stayed at the inn for 1 night as a part of the longer trip. The room was super clean, though in need of renovations. The room had no AC, but there was a fan and we opened the window to let the cool air in. It was a bit noisy outside in the early morning, looked like the cleaning crew started to prepare the rooms. Overall a good hotel to stay for 1-2 nights
