A nice place, hospitable crew, Pleasant, comfortable. As I'm spending the last night on my long several thousand kilometers around the globe, ended up in more than a week with Eurobuilding in Venezuela, this hotel was a good choice. I surely suggest it.

Son lo mejor desde las instalaciones hasta el personal que atiende en todo el hotel Maria en recepción super atenta y la gerente Solsireth pendiente de cada detalle para que la estadía sea perfecta y de verdad lo mejor de Puerto Ordaz Gracias

Excelentes habitaciones y ambiente muy tranquilo. Muy cordial el personal lo unico fue que el area de desayunos se quedo pequeña para la cantidad de personas que habian. Transporte gratis al centro comercial y al aeropuerto... me gusto mucho

Excelente servicio y atención de parte de todo el personal. En especial por parte del área de recepción y ventas, los cuales supieron dar respuesta eficaz a todas nuestras necesidades y de esta manera hicieron que todo fluyera de una mejor manera, sin duda alguna volvería a utilizar el hotel.

El hotel con la vista y el atardecer más bello de Puerto Ordaz, cuentan con una excelente atención ademas que la vista del hotel es bellísima. La piscina y todos sus alrededores bellísimos, el anochecer en el área de la piscina es bellísimo. Buena comida

Excelente servio prestado durante toda la conferencia del día mundial del Riñon, no tengo quejas muy buenas atención en todos los aspectos , los baños super limpios ,los mesoneros, protocolo todo estuvo muy bien, el aire estaba cálido para la cantidad de personas que estabamos

Excelente atención del personal y las instalaciones siempre limpias, el servicio de restaurante excelente y la comida también, me gusta mucho lo fraterno que se comportan con los huespedes, atención personalizada, todo muy bien y agradable, el.area de la piscina y el bar espectacular.
