We stayed for 10 days, and had a great experience. Our days often would start and end with Artuta in the morning and Muskan in the evening. As Guest Relations Officers they both earned special mention, in particular because one of our family members was in a wheelchair and required extra accommodations. They were consistently attentive to our needs and experiences, ensuring we had accessible access throughout the hotel, restaurant and spa experiences, as well as excursions and related travel. This guest experience was amplified by the rest of the staff at the front desk, the Spice Room restaurant and bar, and the Chimney restaurant. The front door staff were always attentive with door assistance and enabling a ramp every time we entered and exited the hotel. The friendliness was genuine, natural and consistent. The rooms were clean and complied with our needs for disabled access. The garden and surrounding buildings were lovely, and overall this hotel served as a great experience and base camp for our stay in Kathmandu.
