Good Location — could use some updates but we were traveling with our dogs across the country and were only there to rest. Hotel served its purpose but not as nice as other Holiday Inn Expresses we’ve stayed at before!

Staff was friendly, welcoming, polite and efficient. You definitely don't have an issue with your staff.
The hotel is in desperate need of an update. Padded fake leather headboards were damaged and peeling. Carpet was so beat up looking, we wore flip flops at all times. Finishes on the furniture are worn down, scratched and beat up looking. We inspected the bedding and mattress for bedbugs just to be sure, as the cleanliness of the room made us nervous. We traveled cross-country and did not want the hassle of trying to find another hotel. The hot breakfast was nice and the choices were good.

The reviews were a big part of our decision to stay here. The staff was so friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was so good, however I feel like it wasn’t advertised that there was free breakfast maybe I misread. The only negative about the hotel was the beds were rock hard. So of course I didn’t get a good sleep.
