除了入住手續太多，其他還好

위치는 좋고 깨끗했어요 조식도 괜찮습니다 히터 소리가 너무 시끄러웠어요

The rooms smelled of smoke and towels were dirty. Breakfast was horrible as no juice machine only jars of juice that were frequently empty. Very limited space for such a large establishment.

the hotel needs remodel ! no remote in room,I called front descend waited 15 min. then went down to desk (late Sunday nite no customers)the girl was sitting at desk she handed me remote and told me to program it ,I said not sure how to do it so Jose came up and did it. the remote would not shut tv off , so it was on all night

not to clean ,no remote for tv ,called desk and was told be right there, 15 min.later I went to front desk . the lady was still sitting at desk . she gave me a remote and told me that it needed to be programed , I said can you do that . the remote did not shut tv off so it was on all night..this place needs a remodel !!

Room looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The carpet was visibly dirty and the room conditions looked nothing like the pictures.

Booked a room here to save money during one night ski trip. Kept expectations low but did not expect to find my self covered in bites and a rash after my stay. My last time trying to save a few dollars, should have stayed somewhere else.

Clean and breakfast included. Good value for money. The place is a little run down - for instance towel rail broken off. Lady on the front desk when we checked in was really friendly and nice.

The front desk staff were great! They answered all my questions curteously and professionally. The pool was maintained and so was the room. Free wifi and good tv channels! Continental breakfast options were awesome! I just struggled to communicate with the cleaning staff.
