Had a very small room with a “view” of somewhere of the tech spaces of the building. For the price I paid - I stayed in better conditions.
The staff is very friendly and caring, the building is big enough - but that’s about it, unfortunately. Very low value.

Mala atención en la recepción de la mañana .Cero capacitación para atención al público . Después de tantos años de ir al mismo hotel nos decepcionamos con la persona que los hizo el check-in inclusive cuando nos fuimos la misma persona nos volvió a atender mal Habitación pequeña y con un baño incómodo y sucio . Había plumas en la bañera y la ventana llena de excremento de palomas. El sector pileta debería tener un poco más de ambientacion y sillas . Falta de educación para hablar de los botones... Sin embargo en el hotel Astor es otro nivel de atención en general ... Una pena porque no pudimos ir al Astor ya que el vehículo no entra en la cochera .

Excelente la atencion de los empleados falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones que son pequeñas y nl ta comodas muy biena la ubicacion a dos cuadras de la peatonal y frente al ******.Buen desayuno americano.Le falta muchp con respecto a mobiliario en las habitaciones tv y aire no siempre funcionan

Es un hotel con una fachada que no condice con su interior. No han sido remodelado ni siquiera los baños. Habitación viejas, oscuras, baños viejos y poco agradables. Pregunte si podría disponer de habitacion con vista al mar pero .... No lo recomiendo.

Antes de ir, leí comentarios negativos y estaba algo nerviosa. Pero no. Excelente la atención del personal, habitación en buenas condiciones. Lo único malo es que ya no es 4 estrellas. Tienen que reacondicionarlo. Volvería nuevamente.

Muy bien ubicado...cerca de todo. Las mejores habitaciones, las que son Vista al Mar. Las interiores, poca iluminación. Buen desayuno, mirando al Mar desde arriba. Pileta minúscula. Casi inexistente..

El hotel más asqueroso que he visitado en mis 40 años de viajes. Anticuado, sucio, ruidoso además de estar todo deteriorado o roto. Si pudiera darle “0” ⭐️,se lo daria y se lo merecen por descarados diciendo y cobrándote precios de un hotel de 4 estrellas por esa basura de hotel. Vean las fotos para asegur**** de pensarlo dos veces antes de reservar en este hotel, me lo van a agradecer. The most disgusting hotel I have ever visited in my 40 years of travel. Outdated, dirty, noisy and all run down or broken. If I could give it “0” ⭐️, I would, they deserve it for blatantly saying and charging you 4 star prices for this hotel rubbish. Take a look at the photos to make sure you think about it before booking this hotel, you will thank me.

Se nota que ha sido un buen hotel, hoy es solo un recuerdo de algunos que lo toman en cuenta.La cama era de lo peor que me ha tocado, pague 2 noches, pase la 1° y tuve que huir. Por supuesto que no me reconocieron nada. Si no hubiera sentido frio dormia en el piso.

Quiero destacar la atención recibida durante mi estadía en el hotel, por parte de Mariana Martínez, quien se desempeñó de manera cálida, atenta a cada inquietud no solamente mía, sino de cada huesped que tocaba asistir. Su buena predisposicion y empatía por el otro, es muy notable y realmente, da gusto sentirse escuchado, atendido y que la atención, sea distinguida. De todas formas, todos en el hotel son gente de trabajo, que siempre está con una sonrisa y dispuesto a atender a cada uno de nosotros. Gracias a todos, desde Mariana hasta la gente del restarurant, la gente de recepcion, de limpieza que son tan amables. Gracias por hacerme sentir una reina en Mar del Plata!
