Breakfast services are really good.I am thankful to Mr.Affan,Mahnoor & Aziz for their dedication and services. They are really humbled and helpful personalities. In Pakistan to encourage Women employment is greatful to know.

Very clean and nice hotel in Multan,Pakistan.The service in this hotel is very polite and nice. Awais and Farzana from house keeping take very good care. Good breakfast and international in Room dining. Will visit again for future business trips to Multan.

As long as I was with my male business partner they treated me very well. Afterwards it was just a nightmare. They used a lame excuse to shift me to another cheaper, smaller room. The AC was not working. At the time of my stay it was not allowed for foreigners to leave the hotel by themselves. They told me either I can check out immediately (what was not possible because of the situation) or moving into this small room. It was an unbelievable offending gesture. After I got very angry they tried to change their decision but for me offending me in this way is not to excuse at all. I highly can warn business woman not to choose this hotel.

Rooms are comfortable, Services are good, Staff is very humble and give honour to their guests. specially Affan , Muteeb, Miss Mahnoor, Irfan, Basit, Abid Nadeem... Valet service is good. Food is amazing. I love the Tea arrangements in room. The multan Blue cutlery in room gives you an impression of Multan.

Excellent service by Mr. Affan and his team during breakfast every day. They were courteous and helpful. Always wanted to serve did great help with my young kid. Generally the team at the hotel is very cooperating and helpful.

Their staff has an unprofessional attitude; we live in interior Punjab, so every time we visit, we have stay here as the location is ideal for us. Each time we book through ******* or any other website and go, their staff has an issue retrieving our booking, or they say that they don't have space in this building; hence they try to transfer us to another facility. ( which doesn't make sense) the front desk isn't very cooperative, considering we stay there at least twice a month.

One of my favourite place for stay in Multan. It's in the mid of city, one can go anywhere easily. Enjoyed my stay as always. Best hospitality services, all staff is very cooperative and ready to serve. I am very thankful to all staff, specially Duty manager Moazma rana. GSA Chandni Bell Boy Awais from front office Shahzaib for hand blended coffee.

I am a trained surgeon, currently practicing as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine in NHS England. We (Me and my Mrs) travelled from Telford, Shropshire, UK to attend a family marriage in Multan. Except one hiccup, when one of the male employee asked the door-lock card to be recharged whilst it wasn't used, everything gone very smooth.
I would advise the employers to train their employees to refrain from such malpractices, as not everyone who visits Pakistan is a goof.
