Love the hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. Great place to spend your staycation. Salute to all the hotel staff. They are friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay there specially the pool. The buffet breakfast is also good, hopefully can add pancakes or waffle in the menu. ☺️ The location is strategically in the midst of malls and shops. A lot of food choices to try around, strongly recommendended to try the A2 food court for a night food trip. Since it’s nearby to Grand Batam mall, late movie night is also a perfect option to end your day. Massage and nail spas are all around too if you want to distress and relax. We will definitely book this hotel again whenever we visit Batam. 🫶

During my recent four-day, three-night stay at The BCC Hotel & Residence, I found myself reflecting on a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel itself shows its age, with visible wear and tear on the facilities. We experienced significant inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning elevator, leading to extended waiting times to get to our floor. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the first day, though, fortunately, this issue did not persist. Cleanliness fell below expectations. I discovered unremovable stains on the provided towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A roach incident within the room was unsettling, to say the least. These hygiene issues might be particularly concerning if you prioritize cleanliness. Facility-wise, the aging infrastructure could benefit from a thorough renovation. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the overall ambiance and amenities felt more akin to a 3-star establishment. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. The quality of the food was average, with some dishes leaning towards the salty side. Nothing was particularly impressive or offensive. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Its prime positioning provides excellent convenience for travelers, making exploration of the area effortless. Additionally, the accommodation cost is quite affordable, a favorable factor for budget-conscious guests. In conclusion, while The BCC Hotel & Residence provides value in terms of location and price, there are marked areas for improvement. A committed effort to enhance hygiene and update facilities could elevate the guest experience to match its 4-star rating.

Checked into this hotel at abt 8 or 9pm, cos we could not stand the hotel we checked in earlier. Was so glad that we got a beautiful deluxe room for ourselves at this timing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The reception even accommodated my last minute request for a birthday surprise for my hubby at midnight. They were so nice!! They prepared a choco lava cake with a birthday candle and a Happy Birthday wish on the plate. And 2 staff were there singing a Happy Birthday song as well. Hubby was very much caught by surprise. The room was great - spacious with sofa and armchairs with nice looking furniture, the whole room is very clean with a nice cosy setting, bathroom amenities was great, and the king bed and pillows were so comfortable I had the best sleep in many months! The best sleep was definitely the highlight of my holiday this time round 🤭 Location is awesome as its so near to Nagoya Hill Mall, all we had to do was just go by the back way. Breakfast is nice and filling. I'm not really a picky water so being full is good for me. We had a great view from our room as well. It was such a pleasure and a redemption from the bad service we unfortunately had to receive from our earlier booking at another hotel. The rooms are really as nice as the photos they uploaded. Really made our day here at Grand I Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who have served us during our stay 28 to 30 Jan 2023 at Room 627. We are really grateful for a wonderful holiday and birthday experience here. We will definitely be back here when we come to Batam again. Keep up the good work!

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of malls and had great time shopping. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and bed comfort cannot be beat. Service was Top Notch! The staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Fenti, Sarah and Laura for making our stay a memorable one. Will definitely be back!

First impression was disappointing. The reception didn’t know how to greet, he treat us like we were a trash just because we wear slipper t-shirt and short. I gave him my deposit and my ID card, he put it aside for like 5mins untill he took it impolitely. That’s not hospitality standard. We booked a room for 3 person, they give 4 towels, but only 2 mineral water and 2 slipper. The room was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor, found a paper receipt from previous guest under the side table, ALOT OF HAIR INSIDE THE MINI BAR!! And the bathroom, seems like it didn’t clear properly for long time ago, floor was dirty, water sinc as well. Toilet flush not working, we need to fix it by ourselves. Hairdryer only working for like 3mins then turn off and we need to wait for awhile until it can be on again. We prefer no facility was provided but whole place is clean. Surprisingly the restaurant was good enough, the food was good, service was good, only cleanliness need to improved.

The hotel location is very strategic, all within walking distance to the famous A2 Food Court, Batam City Square Mall & Grand Batam Mall. There are also have 24 hours of convenient stores besides the hotel. Their hotel buffet breakfast is simple and not much choices but is good for a quick breakfast before heading out. The cleanliness can be improved especially their bath towel should change to a new one, found out black and dirty mark in the towel.

Swiss-Bellin so far everything is OK. Standard and exceptable. Nothing special just standard room. Hotel and the room is clean and staff is friendly. But.... the breakfast is unexpectable on the 1st day I had my breakfast the food is salty so I only have bread and took some keropok eat with sambal belado. And the rest of the days I hv my bread first than with light food. 👍

We stay at room 201, pls have a look at the room and you will feel the terrible experience. The cupboard next to bed got noise and the staff told us that is probably mice behind it,..the bed sheet is so terrible stain and torn,.. worse is the shower where during rainy season they blame the weather for the faulty of hot water supply. For anyone gonna check in there, please check on the room prior payment or else they wont bother to make a room change for you.

It was good before, hence coming back. However, in my opinion, the service is not up to standard now. The cleaning of room is only upon request and I was not made known. The room allocated was with no window and too small even for a solo traveller (i need to walk side way and no space for my cabin size luggage). Loud sound from early morning (630AM local time). Probably will not be back again. But the location is definitely a plus point.

I make my booking at Agoda for 3D2N.We booked Executive Loft with slide.It cost us about SGD334.It can accomodate maximum 6pax.Consist of 2 bedroom,living room ,2 bathroom and a balcony.One room consist of king bed .The other room consist of 1 king and a single bed.Living room have sofabed.There's shower and bathtub too.All bedroom is at the loft.For first time choosing the hotel,we don't know where exactly the place is,the taxi driver also not quite sure where the place is,we keep looking left and right for the hotel name,till lastly we spot a signboard at the end of the building stated Manuka by Havis.Their lobby is quite small.I don't know if I can say it a hotel though,because they don't have breakfast,no spa no nothing,coz their place is surrounded with spa's and eatery, you can juz come down and have ur breakfast,lunch or dinner within the area.BCS and Grand batam mall is juz walking distant.And the famous itsumo cafe is juz behind the hotel.There's korean restaurant/coffeshop that are halal juz behind the hotel too.Their staff is friendly and helpful .The price actually too pricey,but overall I love my stay here.I enjoy playing the slide,hahaha.Me and my family really have a great stay.Thank you. PROS: the area is spacious. have s small kitchenette, u can cook there. but no utensils though. they have pots and pans. incld fork and spoon have microwave plates,cups.. Fridge CONS: u have to go down to use the bathroom as the bedroom is on top. balcony light is too dim for the night and there's no kind of shelter if we like to sit outside on a sunny day. charging phone is like a disaster for me because it didn't charge even we charged our phone for the whole day,it is really frustrating.we have to change our charging place here and there to make it work,really annoying if u can't charge ur phone though.do something boss.Thank u FYI please bring your universal plug.Most of their power socket is the EU kind of socket.using the round plug.

The only unacceptable was the toilet dim especially the shower area. The receptionist, housekeeping and security officer are helpful and alert. No coffee and tea for smart and standard room, only bottle water is given. Breakfast is simple , don’t aspect too much. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Eateries, spa, barber and all that you need is around the hotel area. Very convenient. Save money on transport. Overall is a great stay. Will stay again. Do note that this hotel is not for guest that aspect a 5/4 star hotel standard with a value of a 2 star hotel.

Highlight of the hotel is its buffet breakfast which has a great selection in a comfortable setting. The room is clean has everything needed, bed is comfortable. We stayed at 506, a smaller room that’s street facing. Size of the room is fine for an overnight stay. The main challenge we had is noise. Music from the street went past 11pm and the next morning before 6am there is another loud speaker with dance music outside - this went on to about 7.30am. Not sure if this is a regular event though. Location of the hotel has an interesting selection of food stalls/shops. The nearby Nagoya Hill mall isn’t very accessible on foot as roads aren’ designed for pedestrian and pavements have some missing covers for man hole (not fault of this hotel - just that it may be safer to by taxi).

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

First impression was disappointing. The reception didn’t know how to greet, he treat us like we were a trash just because we wear slipper t-shirt and short. I gave him my deposit and my ID card, he put it aside for like 5mins untill he took it impolitely. That’s not hospitality standard. We booked a room for 3 person, they give 4 towels, but only 2 mineral water and 2 slipper. The room was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor, found a paper receipt from previous guest under the side table, ALOT OF HAIR INSIDE THE MINI BAR!! And the bathroom, seems like it didn’t clear properly for long time ago, floor was dirty, water sinc as well. Toilet flush not working, we need to fix it by ourselves. Hairdryer only working for like 3mins then turn off and we need to wait for awhile until it can be on again. We prefer no facility was provided but whole place is clean. Surprisingly the restaurant was good enough, the food was good, service was good, only cleanliness need to improved.

We stay at room 201, pls have a look at the room and you will feel the terrible experience. The cupboard next to bed got noise and the staff told us that is probably mice behind it,..the bed sheet is so terrible stain and torn,.. worse is the shower where during rainy season they blame the weather for the faulty of hot water supply. For anyone gonna check in there, please check on the room prior payment or else they wont bother to make a room change for you.

Pro: -Good and professional staff. -Good AC on room,very cold.i like -spacious room (jr suite room) -Good Housekeeping team,we love when we come back to hotel and out room is clean n tidy. -even the food on Breakfast is just fine,the staff entertain us very well. -near nagoya mall (walking distance) -beside convenience shop -infront of rumah makan sederhana and momo coffee house. -there 1 small coffee shop above indomaret beside hotel -online taxi can pick/drop here.

Value for money. Near to malls, A2 Food court, wet market and local shops. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel room and amenities is as what it was advertised or in the hotel website. It’s comfy enough if you need a place to sleep with air con, toilet, vanity table, hair dryer, towels, a chair, two hangers for standard rooms. You can upgrade a bigger room if you prepare to have a mini bar counter or small table and the space is much bigger. There are no toothbrush or toothpaste in the toilet. So ask from the reception or buy when you are there. Don’t compare a 5 star hotel with a 2 star hotel. You get what you pay for. If you are looking for a hotel with slightly better amenities. There are some nearby. Just pay slightly more yeah. Baloi is one of them. Overall good experience staying in hotel after a few stays on different trips in comparison with other 2 star hotels.

During my recent four-day, three-night stay at The BCC Hotel & Residence, I found myself reflecting on a mixed bag of experiences. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the first day, though, fortunately, this issue did not persist. Cleanliness fell below expectations. I discovered unremovable stains on the provided towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A roach incident within the room was unsettling, to say the least. These hygiene issues might be particularly concerning if you prioritize cleanliness. Facility-wise, the aging infrastructure could benefit from a thorough renovation. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the overall ambiance and amenities felt more akin to a 3-star establishment. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. The quality of the food was average, with some dishes leaning towards the salty side. Nothing was particularly impressive or offensive. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Its prime positioning provides excellent convenience for travelers, making exploration of the area effortless. Additionally, the accommodation cost is quite affordable, a favorable factor for budget-conscious guests. In conclusion, while The BCC Hotel & Residence provides value in terms of location and price, there are marked areas for improvement. A committed effort to enhance hygiene and update facilities could elevate the guest experience to match its 4-star rating.

Service was very good right from the entrance, front desk to the hotel room as well as the back door hotel to the mall. We were so happy to received welcome fruits n desserts that waited us in the room itself. Very friendly staff esp during breakfast at the restaurant. There were spread of food that whets the appetite. To all the staff from Nagoya Hills Hotel…Thumbs up!

Great location with friendly staff ensuring your room is clean. Keep up the good work! A stone throw away winin walking distance from many nice eating places. Hotel also offer an optional breakfast which you could opt in if you need a quick bite to start your day. A friend of mine would always choose to stay at Nagoya Mansion when he is in Batam. Overall, a good place to stay and charge up before the next day.

Location is just a step away from Nagoya hill mall. Value for money. Only Hollywood room is with king size bed and free coffee and tea. Standard/Smart room is twin and queen bed to choose from. No coffee and tea for smart and standard room, only bottle water is given. Breakfast is simple , don’t aspect too much. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Eateries, spa, barber and all that you need is around the hotel area. Very convenient. Save money on transport. Overall is a great stay. Will stay again. Do note that this hotel is not for guest that aspect a 5/4 star hotel standard with a value of a 2 star hotel.
