From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had a warm welcome from Janine. The grand designs styled house was immaculate. The diffuser at the front door was a welcoming aroma. The room was large and again spotless. We had a superking bed, rain shower and Molton Brown toiletries. A balcony that looked onto the amazing views the b and b offers. In the hall there were complimentary coffee and snacks. Pan fried nuts and quality street chocolates. An honesty bar was near the lounge. We ate our breakfast on the balcony for the first morning, and in the breakfast hall on the 2nd morning. Breakfast both days were amazing. Scottish platter on the first, Ardtorna speciality and sweet pancakes on the second. A selection of cereals,.fruit coffee, teas and juices to help yourself too. Attention to detail is shown throughout, to the coffee mugs to the wee teaspoon that hangs over it. Overall my wife and I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it. Only bad point of the stay was having to leave. Hopefully be back again soon.

Truly exceptional and a five star experience all round, my only regret was only staying one night. The property and accommodation are of the highest of standards and it's a great location just off but sufficiently distanced from the A828 with great views over Loch Creran.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a Christmas gift (voucher) from one of our daughters. We don't know how she found it but we are truly glad she did. As a family many years ago we had relatives in Oban and spent many a happy summer holiday there. This was a nostalgic visit for us and what a place to spend it in. There is not one word in the description of the property we would change. It is simply fabulous. This is truly five star luxury accommodation and service. The attention down to the smallest detail is superb. The seafood platter we had one evening was of gourmet standard. To find out more read the other reviews - we agree with all of them (the 5 star ones which are the vast majority)

There are very few hospitality owners that care more passionately than Karen at Ardtorna. She has invested heavily in her beautifully designed property. She never stands still and is constantly on a mission to improve and make the guest experience beyond expectation. From the impressive contemporary building design that appears on approach, to the beautiful first impression smell from the considered candles on arrival, then the impressive property tour from Karen. No corners are cut, the bedrooms are sumptuous, the honesty bar quenches any thirst, the lounge is relaxing, and the views????? You need to see for yourself from the amazing picture windows.

We have travelled many years and can easily say Karen's was the best of hostess ever. The standard and attention to quality detail made our stay all the more memorable. Breakfast was outstanding and the evening meal was very tasty. Will be back. Relaxing.

This was our second visit to Ardcreran and once again it does not disappoint. This fantastic self catering property has everything you could want, from a hot tub to an espresso machine. We would also recommend a sharing platter from Ardtorna if you don’t want to cook. Karen is an amazing host with an eye for detail. Highly recommend Ardcreran and already planning our next visit.

We stayed at Ardtorna for 3 nights over the Easter weekend! What a fabulous place, so luxurious, Karen has thought of everything. Room was lovely, spotless and the view was amazing! Great stay from start to finish, we even got chocolate Easter bunnies at breakfast on the Sunday which I thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast was one of the highlights so much choice and so tasty.

Wonderful! The views are incredible! It's so clean and Karen, the owner, has thought of everything from robes to water and Crystal goblets in the rooms to the most comfortable bed and bedding! Breakfast amazing! We can't say enough good things. We felt so welcomed and were so relaxed and refreshed after a long journey that I want to shout from the rooftops: If you are coming to this area: STAY HERE!!

Just checked out of this amazing property! This is our go to when visiting Oban. Home from Home, our third visit! Attention to detail throughout the beautifully furnished self catering house Ardcreran. Wonderful experience and definitely would recommend and return. Karen thanks again for your hospitality!
