Todo perfecto. Lo único que el olor del baño era horrible

Todo genial muy bien ubicado bien equipado tenía todo lo necesario,lo único que no me dejaron sábanas y toallas para las nenas que dormían en el sofá cama ,como era para una noche nos apañamos con los nórdico que había pero podías comunicarte con la recepción a través de la aplicación.La limpieza excelente ojalá se conserve así .Recomendable .

The amenities and facilities in the Apar**ent are very good especially having a modern washing machine , dishwasher and cooking facilities . The Apar**ent was clean and very well maintained. The Apar**ents location is very nice with the lovely Yamaguchi Park outside.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this apar**ent hotel. We like it because of the proximity to the university nearby & some restaurants & grocery stores, but it's only last night that we had difficulty entering our room that caused delay for 10-15mins.

Great for a few nights! The kitchen has everything you need for a few days. Easy walk to the center of the town

A one-week rental during San Fermin Festival served my husband and I very well. The efficiency kitchen was super helpful due to the length of stay and not wanting to walk far to a tapas place. However, pillows were non-supportive and seven kitchen items listed on the inventory sheet were missing. Had to wait one night for an extra pillow, never got the missing kitchen items and therefore had to function with only two drinking glasses. they ask guests to take out their own trash! After a couple of huge rain storms, we heard loud dripping within the wall behind our bed near our heads. Virtual reception apologized for the inconvenience but noted that was the way the building was constructed. We had to move our bed to an opposite wall and rearrange side tables. The fact there is no one in the facility helping guests in person with any regularity added to the frustration. "Virtual" reception is a big failure. Also, there were so many blinking safety lights we had to cover them with stickers to get a good night's sleep. Crucial since hubby was running with the bulls early in the morning!

The property has very limited parking, air conditioned depending on the weather and no persons until check out time. It’s far away from the city and there are few taxis and no uber.

The opportunity to prepare or cook your own meal. A cheaper alternative if you're always out during the day.

The process to go into the building is very difficult if you do not have a cellphone with local data. Since every thing is online, you do not have the traditional reseption help. The service representatives are very kind and the place is nice once in side.
