Strong strange smell in the hallway. Smell of mold in the room. Almost could not fall sleep doe to the noise from single pane window towards the busy street.

Lots of random people in hallway throughout the day entire bottom floow smelled like **** lots of loud noisy people fighting people allowing dogs to roam the hallway hallways felt old bathroom in room really old needs upgrade

Nice large room with a good hvac system. Unfortunately someone in the room above us was doing something that made our ceiling creak and groan from 10:00 pm to 11:30. Bed was hard and lumpy too. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Hotel does not have elevators which I thought was odd. Customer service was great. The room was old and outdated and not very clean. The refrigerator was sticky, the floor had something sticky near refrigerator that my socks kept sticking to. The door had splatter on it. The door was very hard to close. All of the staff were kind and the continental breakfast was good. The location was close to lots of retail which was great. The hotel needs a lot of updates just ok hotel.

It was clean, the staff were very friendly, the outdoor pool area was clean. The room was clean. Everything worked, the fireplace was tricky to figure out, but the front staff were helpful. The outlet behind the bed wasn’t great. Every time you roll over or move the bed at all, the lights would flicker and our phone chargers kept going on and off. Other than that, it was very pleasant experience. We had the room made up one of the 4 days we stayed there and it was nicely done. We would stay here again.

Quick check in process. Clean room. Quiet. Easy freeway access. Surprised at the variety of food at the complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again if needed. Plenty of parking.

I was disappointed that the chargers for EVs were not operational.
