I can’t rave about this place enough. Perfect destination if you’re looking for a romantic couples holiday. The staff provided 5 start service throughout our stay and were super helpful. The hotel itself was gorgeous. We paid a little extra for a spa bath and beach view which I would 100% recommend doing. There was a good variety of food - especially good for picky eaters like myself. The drinks were good and the beach/pool cannot be beaten. I saw many people complain about there not being anything within walking distance of the hotel. However it is only a 20 minute taxi journey to the old town costing around 13 euro and is absolutely worth the trip out. I must say this hotel is probably the nicest i’ve ever been to and absolutely worth every penny

From the moment we arrived we were treated well and wowed by the spectacular foyer and welcoming reception area. The check in was smooth and we were very kindly assisted to our room by a very pleasant concierge who graciously declined our offer of a tip, saying that it wasn't needed. We arrived late at night, after the restaurants had closed but they provided sandwiches and drinks to satiate us overnight. The staff were very pleasant and always greeted us with a smile. The all inclusive buffet was extensive and varied, so you could try something different from the available selection each day. (NB: I think if you were staying longer than a week you might find the overall selection repeats and you could feel a little limited). The cocktail were good and plentiful as was the ever smiling service. Our booking in the a-la-carte restaurant was a very pleasant evening indeed. The food was very tasty good quality and elegantly presented. My wife enjoyed the full 'Fabulous' facial and the spa staff were extremely pleasant. Shout out to Evi and Ausra for the exceptional warmth and friendship they have shown to us too. The local buses were easy to navigate to nearby towns or places of interest and there were taxis available for those more specific places. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you would like to kick back and enjoy quality nightly poolside entertainment, a great ambience, beautiful scenery and a great eating and drinking experience.

I came solo on holiday and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All the staff are friendly and have made me feel very welcome and relaxed the whole time I’ve been here. Aggelos was the gentlemen that I had my treatment with at the Aegean Spa. It was professional relaxing and came out feeling I have had the best service they could provide. Would highly recommend!!

Just spending our last few hours here and would like to thank all of the staff for looking after us so well. We cannot fault the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the suites with private pool and they are certainly 5 Star. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived at hotel around 2pm ,asked to fill out some paper work and go to lunch as room wasn’t ready . Returned from lunch which is a horrid canteen type restaurant and food was not hot or nice to be honest . We were given out key and took our own case up to room !!!not a good service if this hotel is rated a 4 star!!! Room basic ,bathroom old and not nice but view from balcony is nice . Lots of sunbeds and pool looked nice wasn’t heated so very cold . Pool bar is also basic and the alcohol is not pleasant,beer flat and wine is so sweet ,cocktails are ok . Entertainment in the evening was good mostly but NOT enough seats as people had to stand ,surely the management can see loads of people wanted to see entertainment but having to stand up isn’t that much fun!! I would not be returning to this hotel.

Extremely disappointing. Here for a quiet holiday with my husband but couldn’t be more opposite. Nowhere. to escape noise in the hotel or grounds. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and recharge your batteries then avoid this hotel. There is 1 bar open in the evening that has loud live music and even if you want to have a drink, there is nowhere near enough seating. There is 1 quiet pool that has 16 beds for the whole complex. All of which are booked with towels which is actually against hotel policy. Unless you hire a car, there is nowhere pleasant to walk too. Don’t be fooled by glossy hotel website. Also. the wine for the all inclusive is the worst I have ever tasted. The red wine looks like rose but tastes like vinegar. The only positive is that the bed is comfortable, the shower is good and the staff are really lovely and helpful and friendly.Still here for a few days be feels like a complete waste of money.
