I always enjoy my stay in Bon Hotel,that is the best place to stay when you're in Richard's Bay☺️👌.starting from warm welcom from their friendly staff,the best service ,the rooms with the nice view,cleanliness of the rooms the linen and bathroom wood.Bon Hotel never disappoint you

I had a good stay at Bon hotel Richards bay.Even though I got lost since was driving at night Staff were friendly and helpful room was spacious neat and the waterfront view was good,we had wonderful stay

Average. Prominent position (which is very good and picturesque) is let down the further you move away from the common areas. Room plugs that do not work, a safe that was not even bolted into the wall (let alone totally inoperable) and a general air of "this is what it is" might suggest alternatives be investigated.

This is my first time staying at a Bon Hotel and it will be my last. First, I attempted to make a reservation over the phone and was told to make the reservation when I arrived. I was only about 40 minutes away and there would be plenty of executive suites available. Upon arriving to hotel the valet asked me if I would need help with my bags. I told him yes but that I first needed to reserve a room since I had no reservation. He didn’t guide me to park anywhere nor did the hotel have any designated area to temporarily park. While reserving and checking into the hotel. The valet was demanding that I hurry up and move my car since it was blocking the lobby covered area. I noticed that the hotel had blocked off the other side of the entrance and forced all traffic through the front lobby. I hope there is never a fire or emergency because access will be difficult. Second, the following day, I ask the receptionist at the front desk if I could extend my checkout time the next day till noon, because my morning meeting would end later than I expected. She was very rude and had an attitude of “I don’t care”. She said no and that was that. Terrible customer service!

Excellent experience with good food and a great view. Rooms were neat. Staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool can do with cleaning possibly twice a day. Really enjoyed the stay and had a good rest.

Friendly staff from top management to security at the gate, they help you with luggage and the front desk knows how to welcome visitors. Their operations manager was so welcoming. Rooms were clean and Wi-Fi was good..

Overall the customer service was excellent and the room and location was great. The hotel was close to all amenities and the cbd. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Richards Bay.

The view is excellent, facility is magnificent and very clean. There is access to Lounges within walking distance and plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The food is delicious and friendly staff members.
