Отель рекомендуем от всей души. Во первых , чистота выше всех похвал, во вторых, персонал весь очень дружелюбный, мы не зная болгарского языка не чувствовали дискомфорта, все помогали по первой просьбе. В третьих, завтраки оооочень вкусные . И главная фишка, посещение Аква хаус входит в стоимость проживания. Мы с удовольствием проводили там время. Вообщем , с удовольствием вернусь в этот отель. 28.03.24г

Everything was great.Special admirations to a girl working on reception called Gergana.She was very polite and helpful. Food fine, variety of options,great pool.Great location.Spa was amazing. Balcony a little bit dirty.We will come again!

So beautiful. Everything about our stay was relaxing and beautiful 🤩 . The indoor pool was great. The outdoor kids pool was warm and fun for the kids. The pool side loungers had different styles and there were hammocks too. The beach is 2 mins walk but no ramp I could see. So people in wheelchairs or families with pushchairs should note. The food was good and so was the children’s entertainment

Beautiful hotel bed very comfortable food very good and different every day. Staff friendly and rooms Well equipped will definitely return. The pool is warm and the spa is amazing. I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel

The hotel may be 5-star, but... a room overlooking the park is actually a view of the parking lot. The service at the reception was very rude, and at the very end of our 2-week stay we were forced to pay for wine from the mini bar, which we did not consume. They don't accept complaints, they don't care about their customers at all. We caution and do not recommend!!!!

The hotel is very good, I spent many times in this hotel.The location, the room, the property, the staff, the food, the spa, the parking,the pools are great except one thing: the water in the biggest pool in front of the hotel which is very cold . It is a big pool but it's impossible to use it because the water is very cold.

At the risk of sounding snotty, this is not a 5 star hotel on most international standards. The thing that bugged me the most was the temperature of the hotel in the hottest season of year. Not only were lobbys and elevators kept just cool enough not to be considered hot, the rooms didn’t allow adjustment. We should have freedom to keep the room as cold as we want.
The other disappointment was the beach - no private beach for the hotel, and the facilities at the beach were just okay. Villa *****a looked more 5-star with private beach, good quality bars, etc. It made Astor Garden seem worse even though it is meant to be 5 star as well.
The hallways were pretty dirty as well.
Aside from these points, it was good overall.

extremely overpriced, very unfriendly employees, food and drinks are lowest level.
completely unacceptable communication, for example, after checking out, we had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be checked and then they wanted to hold us and check whether the payment has arrived. but it was paid in full in advance when making the reservation. insane! This hotel is not luxurious nor does it provide service.

Hello Hotel looks super good, rooms super ok but in the relationship with the tourist, at least at the restaurant, it is pathetic they had problems with the dispenser one of the days and I was told to go to the room to get water, English is a problem for 90% of employees At the restaurant, if one kind of food range out, only something else was brought Including the famous Bulgarian pickles, they were no longer brought This is not allowed in a 5-star hotel Too bad for the beautiful building The hotel has 3 beaches, one of which is "hidden" for the hotel's customers, only by chance did we realize that that beach is also for us At all beaches it is allowed to rent sunbeds and umbrellas against money, in the conditions that they do not have enough sunbeds for tourists staying in their hotel I will definitely not return to this hotel PS. Note 10+ for Umit from the lobby bar
