Hotel terbaik di Setif

Des le chek in rapide on sent le professionnalisme et les compétences de Mr elwafi et Mme Katia pour bien accueillir le client et créer une certaine convivialité avec le client, dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu (un grand merci pour Les techniciens de surface pour le bon boulot).

Bonsoir j'ai déjà écrit plusieurs avis sur cet hôtel mais je voulais encore donner mon avis et surtout et je dit bien surtout souligner la qualité qui perdure malgré les années qui passent ça fait presque 5 ans que je vient a cet hôtel il est devenu notre chez nous a Sétif j adore la ville et l hôtel y est pour quelque chose rien a changer que ce soit l équipe tjs aussi professionnelle souriante .l établissement el ma qualités des services...quand un hôtel se dégrade on se pressent de le note mais quand un hôtel garde ses standard ...non?!! I booked at the Novotel Hotel in Setif, Algeria on May 27th 2023 for 5 nights. I am a platinum level member with Accor- which means I stay a lot with Accor. Most hotels have issues but this this Novotel has huge issues: 1. They lie. They put me in an executive room when they told me that they upgraded me to a Junior Suite. Also I asked for sleepers but they said they don’t have those in this hotel. When I complained on my last day about other issues, slippers miraculously appeared in my room. 2. They give only one Towel, one coffee per night no matter what you request or beg. 3. Only one lemonade per stay. 4. The bath robe was brought on the first day then taken away again. 4. You cannot talk to management before 10 am, because they don’t show up until them or perhaps the staff is too scared to tell them. 5. Whatever you ask for ( eg a good coffee), they make sure that you can pay for it before they bring anything. I asked for a little salt and it was given to me in an aluminium paper instead of a normal salt container ( because it was after 10.30 pm). Very strange behavior. 6. All staff seem to be scared and take no initiatives 7. All management is absent. I am still shocked from my stay at this hotel. The senior Manager ( who was sent from France) should be fired first. New manager should bring new management team and new staff. From there I stayed at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Perhaps new management at Novotel should be sent there first to learn how to deal with customers, especially loyal customers. I will never stay at any accor hotel again in Setif. It is a disgrace to the accor brand.
