We really had a wonderful time at this Taj property. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was also interesting to note that the Kids / activity section was providing much more options that what we see generally. My kid enjoyed his time with the PS4 as well as shooting and archery. Also, the views from the property are simply amazing

This was our 5th time here and it has always been a wonderful experience. I see new staff all the time while checking in but when I visit the spa and the restaurant they always recognise us. I would like to especially thank Mr. Bhandari the F&B ***ager here. He’s a wonderful and very helpful soul. This was the first time we were travelling with two toddlers and as new parents it was very important to take care of the kids meals. The hotel and Mr. Bhandari made sure we had it all sorted and got us whateywe wanted going out of the way to get meals as per our babies. A big thank you Bhandari Ji. Can’t even imagine on going to hills anywhere else till you are here.

Amazing location with fantastic hotel & staff service. We really liked the cozy temperature inside the hotel everywhere. Amazing food, fantastic view has made our visit a wonderful experience. Thanks to such courteous staff as well.

It Seems that this hotel is rum by a "lala ji" not by Taj,Worst food experience.Some good people were there as Sachin ji at front Desk and Mr.Bhandari at restaurant.I clearly told the chief that I will give 2 stars for your food even that he did not upgrade the spread or quality of Food.Much better food I found at 3 star hotel in Narkanda.Me and my family was really upset and paying the huge charges v/s the level of staff behavior and services.Taj in India is premium brand having a legacy of more than 100 years.If Taj ***agement is really serious I suggest to go and check Google reviews as well.

We faced a lot of issues including room, facilities, food, service. Given the price they charge, this is a rip-off. I will never visit them again. 1. The so called 'Premium valley view room' given to us initially had a private residence on one side. There was also some noise coming from the ground floor due to a private hotel event. We got a new room only on the evening of Day 2. 2. The staff is not professional at all. It seems they have not been trained well on how to talk and to service the customers. 3. Food was never tasty. 4. People without proper swimming costumes shouldn't be allowed in the pool. 5. There was no iron and mini-bar in any of the rooms we stayed in. 6. The water bottles were not washed and sealed after refilling. It is very ease to get infections from previous occupants of the room.

Stay and service are top notch. Food is not worth. We tried punjabi cuisine in their restaurant but not up to the standards. Taste is not very good. They made the food very spicy so we couldn’t eat. This kind of experience we don’t expect from Taj. Overall the stay was very good. The hospitality is great.

Wonderful location and very courteous staff. We were served excellent Jain food by Mr. Bhandari and chef Jitendra. We could walk in North Garden for 55 minutes and could play 8 balls pool & TT Indoor swimming pool is good. Spa is good but massages are expensive

Newly added in last four years a Taj group hotel Taj Theog in Himachal Pradesh is a must visit and stay if one is planning a holiday in Himachal. Overall a great stay unique decor and furnishings beautiful location 360 degrees nature view surrounding of valleys and mountain. Great food efficient and well skilled chefs under the overall restaurant F&B ***ager Mr Bhandari. He is too good courteous and ever smiling and quick response person. Special mention about Sachin at the front desk. He is very good and needs a special mention that any query or questions or problems you talk to him and you get immediate solutions. He is a great asset for this hotel. Ever smiling and willing to help. Taj Theog Hotel property head Ms Diksha again a special mention like Sachin a great asset for the successful running of the hotel. Overall we had great holiday at Taj Theog Himachal
