Hotel terbaik di Siem Reap

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

I visited herein December 2019 and stayed for 11 nights in one of the poolside villas. I have to say, the room was amazing, the pool area was fantastic and I had the most wonderful time. After traipsing around Angkor Wat all day, it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful and serene setting for a decent rest. I've recommended this resort to nearly all my friends since my return and I can't wait to go back there one day. Across the road from the resort there is a shop and two cafes, so you don't even have to go far for a cup of coffee or some local cuisine. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I loved it.

Apologies in advance for the long review but hopefully it will contextualise the review title! Booked to stay for three nights, hotel reached out in advance to arrange airport transfer (no charge) and my transfer was there ready and waiting when I landed with water and a cold towel. Arrived at the hotel and received a lovely welcome drink and nibbles. Staff were extremely warm and friendly, taking lots of time to explain everything about the hotel. The room was clean and of a very good standard, I’d deliberately opted for a room that wasn’t pool facing as I suspected it would be quieter facing away from the road. Reality is I don’t know for sure if there was any real difference but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Can’t say I missed the pool view. Room had very good Wi-Fi so was able to work one morning. Air con super effective. Netflix on the tv. Great rain shower with lots of pressure. I had a sun-rise tour booked so the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast of my choice for me. Again ready at the time they said it would be (4am as per my request). The spa in the hotel (read massages and treatment) was brilliant. Can’t again rate it more highly and would definitely recommend. For us foreigners it’s incredibly affordable compared to back home. Complimentary lunch organised by the hotel was also superb. Hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) to the more touristy food streets and markets. Area felt extremely safe. Return airport transfer (again free) exactly on time as agreed. Honestly you can’t take clear communication and hotel organisation for granted. Thank you to all the team at the hotel for an amazing stay. You were all fantastic and I wish you all every success!

The team at the Golden Temple Retreat is exceptional. During my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel is pristine, with beautiful rooms and public spaces. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel location is great — just a few minutes away from Pub Street and the Old Market. The staff arranged all of my transportation, and also organized my private day tours for a rate that was significantly cheaper than any of the tours I found online. After a long day of exploring Siem Reap, the hotel pool was the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail. There is also a beautiful spa on site, making it easy to relax. Can’t wait to visit again!

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

While staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

We stayed the first time in Hotel Vellita Siem Reap- what a bliss! We felt home from the very first minute. A very warm welcome by the guest relations team Reaksmey/Kevin, lovely suite, great breakfast (excellent service and amazing food / choice). The pool is lovely to unwind and the gym well equipped. Will be back!

度假好去處 6月8日，柬埔寨暹粒，Angkor Grace Residence & Wellness Resort 。 座落在吳哥窟不遠處的這座暹粒唯一的別墅式五星級度假村酒店今天開業了。 踏進酒店就被那座絕不一般的敞開式大門所吸引，從這座朱紅色大門里透出優雅和馨旎的氣息，門前的 釋迦摩尼大佛坐像靜靜地注視著這裡的一切，宣示著東方佛教的慈悲和智慧，使人在踏入酒店的那一刻就鬆弛了所有旅途怠倦和夏日炎熱。你好，Angkor Grace! 我作為度假村酒店開業第一周前來入住的客人，懷著愉悅的心情進入到酒店客房。 我預定的是一套三室單睡房套間，寬敞的客廳和廚餐廳還有一間舒適的睡房，套內共有二個洗手間。全套面積大約有近百平米。樓上還有二層三層應該是更大更多房間的大套房，適合一家多人口居住。 寬敞的客廳很明亮，擺設著柬埔寨風味的家具，簡約而舒適。透過落地大廳玻璃墻可以看到外面綠色的庭院的優雅環境。睡房也很溫馨，尤其穿過睡房玻璃門可以在後院的綠色植物下小坐閒聊，我想那會是清晨和傍晚時分睡前起後的愜意情調。廚房餐廳十分可意，全套廚具餐具和大冰箱一應俱全，房內各種用具都十分精美。這就一下子給人找回了居家的感覺。這才是一個度假者所尋覓而最難得的。你可以選擇在酒店的餐廳就餐也可以自己享受烹飪樂趣，試想如果能夠自己動手炒上幾個小菜與家人在酒店房裡小斟二杯，那又是何等情調?此情盡意人生幾何。 外出院子走走，更讓人驚歎不已。度假村的院子裡到處郁郁蔥蔥，各種樹木和植物高低參差，品 種繁多，就像是進入到一座東南亞植物園的感 覺。那樣的感覺是很難用言辭形容的。在綠色的 植物叢中簇擁著幾排灰色三層排式別墅客房，二 個泳池恍如碧翠點綴在綠色叢中。 酒店的設施應有盡有，餐廳酒吧咖啡屋，按摩房，健身房甚至小超市和小診所。值得一提的是這裡的免費早餐和西餐味道極美型色味俱全，不會遜色於巴黎香榭麗舍大街的紅房子。所有這一切讓我又產生了另一種慾望，如果能帶上家人（老人和孩子甚至連同佣人）來這裡度過一個長假期，那將又是多麼令人嚮往的溫馨時光。如果想刻意避開世間的煩囂，那就去門前大佛拜一拜，或在此處的綠樹叢中靜靜地走一走，然後再去靜思反悟或創新...那麼這裡可能是最佳的選擇地了。如果...如果... 如果說讓我更準確的描述這裡的一切，確實是很 難的，因為這裡的一切都那麼別緻，那麼美好，那麼特別。這裡是一種與眾不同。只能請你自己 來這裡親身感受這一切吧。可能會給你帶來更不一樣感覺！如說吳哥奇跡可醒悟人生，我說人生的享受盡在於斯，人生的感悟盡在於斯，人生的歸宿也願在於斯！

The rating is solely based on budget hotel standard. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of mosquitoes and the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately the weather was hot too. Complained and all was taken care well. Friendly staff. The room was huge, comfortable and clean beds, clean wc, quiet environment and nice pool. All things needed after a long and tiring day are checked off. We even requested for hot water, the staff provided us with water heater and cups. The food was ok too. 3$ for tuktuk to Pub Street

Lovely hotel with a beautiful traditional style decor. It has a decent size pool area, various facilities including spa and business area and good breakfast with plenty of staff on hand. Had one evening meal which was reasonably priced ($7 each for fish n chips with tartare sauce and crispy cambodian noodles which was very tasty). Pool view room was very pleasant and a good size with fridge and kettle in the room. Can get a tuktuk from outside the hotel which we did to go to pub street a couple of nights. Only cost $3 each way and they come back for you when you set a time to return (they have no problem waiting for you if you're late). Good atmosphere with people of all ages including families enjoying the area. There you'll find cheap food, drink and selection of shops. Highlight of our stay was the amazing staff throughout the hotel. As soon as you walk near reception they spot you and engage in such a polite way. Nothing too much trouble and seem rightly proud of where they work.
