Great value for a decent, basic accommodation. Very comfortable beds.
I like the street access for all the rooms. Handy for loading/unloading in the minus 30 weather I had during my stay. Having the "Tim's" right next door is also a nice perk.
My only small complaint would be the water . For whatever reason it is almost impossible the get any "lather" out of the tiny soap that is supplied. So showering was "different". Not sure if it was the soap, or the water? Next time i'll try bringing my own soap!
I would definitely return here on my next trip.

We always choose stay at the Widus Inn on our cross-country travels. Conveniently locayet off the highway, with many restaurants and gas stations nearby. The rooms are very clean, beds are super comfy, and the rooms are huge! James the owner is incredibly pleasant and works really hard! We'll definitely be back next Spring!

As others have said, it’s an older property. The room was clean. It’s kind of tricky to get to off the highway. Good for one night

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. The motel isn’t much to look at from the outside (it’s old and plain) and there are no special amenities but the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very good location- easy to get on and off the highway and next to a Tim Horton’s for convenient breakfast. Great value for the price! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Bed was clean but could have used a touch up elsewhere in the room.
Amenities (soap, shampoo) are basic at best.
Toilet wouldn’t stop running unless you went into the tank and adjusted the flapper valve.
Hair dryer outlet wasn’t working.
No coffee cups to make coffee.

Staff was great. Room and bed was very comfortable and clean. Looks a bit rough on the outside as its an older building but don’t let that deter you. I had a great experience and slept amazingly.
