Probably a good hotel if you don’t come during the holidays. Felt like substitute personnel. Coffee machine and pancake maker didn’t work. Gym Is ok, but I was missing a mat. Kids friendly.

******* styled me out with a late change to accommodate weather on our route. Property is in good shape. Hot tub was good and hot, even in the rain, clean and ready to go.

We stay here every fall as we travel back to Phoenix. It is a great spot and handy to the freeway. We also look forward to our dinner at the Red House BBQ.

Nothing wrong with the property or room. The desk clerk, however, was most unhelpful. She said there was no reservation from ******* on her computer, but conveniently, if I would pay $50 more, she could find a room for me. Getting help from ******* is next to have to impossible. I'll have to check wit my CC company and dispute the charges.

We are always happy to stay at this property. Only feedback this time was that it seemed they dropped the ball on a couple of things because it's the off season and not so many folks were there the night we were there. We did pay a decent amount of money for the night, so it would have been nice to feel like they were still showing a high level of hospitality. The two things: there was no one manning the front desk in the AM. We wanted to see if they could give us change for a twenty so we could leave a tip for the housekeeper. Maybe they could add a bell at the front desk? Also, the breakfast coffee in the big coffee urn was barely lukewarm. It may even have been made the night before? Kudos though as usual to their hot breakfast items, we always really appreciate those.

Front desk had zero customer service skills. The bed and pillow were terrible, extremely hard. The complimentary breakfast was pathetic, the breakfast sandwich literally had mold on the biscuit. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The check in and out staff unfriendly. The hotel was newer and in good condition. The bed as always could be better but not bad. The room appeared to be clean BUT when we went to shower there was a dirty diaper on the side of the tub. I have to ask how was the shower properly cleaned and this was missed.
