Radisson Blu Atria Bengaluru

the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable, the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside. overall i had a pleasant stay.

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing stay at this hotel, service was extremely bad and food was awful, was served with stale food rather. Never going to think about this hotel again.

We were visiting Bangalore after a few years and on each visit try to stay in different hotels. This time it was Radisson Blu and for a 3 night long stay. Enough time to evaluate a hotel, its strengths and weaknesses. Without a doubt the strengths far outweigh any shortcomings here. To begin with it's run like clock work and so what you look for is always there. Ample spaces both inside and outside and one gets a sense of openess inspite of being in a fast paced busy city. Mention should be made about the open seating area by the pool and very spacious restaurant. I haven't been able to experience such a lovely atmosphere anywhere else in Bangalore. Rest of the usuals were top class and as it goes few observations for improvement are a must to sum it up. One would be the linen and towels and the other I felt the staff are working a bit too hard , may be they aren't getting enough breaks. Overall Radisson Blu is a wonderful choice in Bangalore both in terms of reasonable rates and singular appeal.

It was a perfect experience especially with the restaurant and there was a very helpful girl called Bharti that gave us a good service in this restaurant.the food was good and clean you will like it maximum an enjoyable stay. Rooms weee clean and spacious

I would like to first of all extend my sincere gratitude to you, hotel staff and in perticular Sanjeet from Front Office who assisted in my stay very professionally and helped me in all ways to make me feel comfortable throughout my stay, He is a wonderful person, hardwork and sincere. It was ealy check in for me at 11 am, but he helped me with welcome drink and took care for well check in process. I am a Radisson Rewards VIP MEMBER and I have travelled several hotels across the world, but the hospitality and gesture I received this time here at Radisson Atria Bangalore was amazing from the time I checked in till I checkout . I got to experience great food, location, service, hospitality and even rooms are neat and nicely maintained. All the staffs are amazing at your hotel, I will for sure visit again soon and this time I will bring my family ***** to Bangalore for sightseeing and choose to stay at Radisson BLU Atria Bangalore.

We are conducting ***yata Reality meeting at the Radisson Blu Atria Bangalore twice in a most of the weeks. In all our meetings Steve was taking care of our meeting. His Service was really very dedicated 😊 and he shows us his 100% talent on his particular work base and he have extremely good communication skill, good body language, and beautiful smile 😀. Also food and hall is very clean with good smell keep🌼. We are conducting the meetings we can saw the meeting hall we can really happy to come again and again to conduct our meeting in the Radisson Blu Atria, because of Steve. Thank you Radisson Blu Atria for giving talented guest handling staff to us for our meeting. From the Banquet side we get the Concord Hall and meeting with tea and coffee sections. It was served by Steve, He gives customer satisfaction and he handles each and every guest like a family member. We all are from different places and we have lots of pressure and stress, but we are entering in the Radisson Blu Atria we can automatically get the enjoyed atmosphere and we can really really happy, because we got the talented staff for our fullfilnes. I am thanking to Mr. Anas in the front office. He is dedication for his job, he was extremely well talented person. Keep it up you conversation to us with your good smile 😁. Some times those days our guest was decided to stay in the Radisson Blu Atria, and then they are booking for the room Mr. Anas was taking care of the guest and he gets the guest into the room. They provide comfortable rooms for the guest. Some times our guests was little critical mindset. But Steve makes the critical into normal to condinuing our meeting peacefully. I am thanking for Mr.Ameer chef, Mr. ***l chef for preparing tasty strong tea and coffee to us. When we are continuously asking for the tea, coffees and cookies, extremely those chef makes the variety of tea likes cardomom tea or masala tea and specially thanks for giving oru satisfied coffee likes strong coffees lite coffee to us. Keep it up 👍🏻we get more satisfaction because of you guys makes our tea break delicious and extremely for me it will get more relax and the others was also more happy because of you guys provided their satisfied tea coffees special. When you guys provided your own special tea, coffees likes tea or coffee with sugar, with out sugar, sugar free tea and coffees to us, it makes us freemind to each and every persons to attend this complicated meeting. One days we haved breakfast from the One Atria Caffe we can say the busy of the chefs, they makes the tasty and good satisfied food to the entire guest. We also ordered for variety of dosas to the chef. Mr. Yohanan chefs will provide the tasty dosas with in 15 to 20 mins. He makes variety of dosas likes Mysore masala dosas to us. It will makes our breakfast tasty and relaxable environment and atmosphere. When the breakfast time also we all are really enjoyed and we guest more happy. Because when our breakfast was going on

We are regularly conducting 3 days meetings at Radisson blu Atria hotel. We are attended the meeting on Concord hall. We are around 20 peoples are attended on that meeting . On that day banquet staff Steve was taking care of that meeting and the hall. He is done great work for me and my another colleagues. Keep it up. The food was very nice. And I again and again thanking to Steve and Nadirsha for taking care of lunch smoothly and cleanliness. They did great 100% guest satisfaction for all the members to attend that meeting. We didn't inform for the sales people for a Jain food. On the first day we request for a Jain food for Steve before one hour we started the lunch. I like his confidence he never ever said no to us. He immediately take action and he informed to kitchen. And kitchen chefs provide Jain food to Steve and he will served the Jain food to that particular person. In remaining 2 days we never ask or argue for the Jain food. Steve only take interest and initiative and he provides Jain food for that particular person.
