1. the pillows are gigantic, one pillow takes up half the bed! 2. the sink is very small, the faucet is very high, when you wash your hands, the splashes fly in all directions! 3. There is no refrigerator in the room 4. THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE ROOM!!!! they write on the website that it is, but in fact it is not in the room or in the hallway. You have to specially go to their cafe and sit there, and if you have to work, there are a lot of people and noise, it is completely inconvenient. 5. the BIGGEST MINUS is the rude woman at the reception (and bar) who lies that there is internet in the room, and when we asked her to confirm this, she could not, of course! This is the worst hotel in all of Norway!!!

At the same time, she behaved extremely impolitely towards me, as a client, that pays them money. At my suggestion, we went to the room twice, but she failed to demonstrate the operation of the Internet. At the same time, she continued to assert that it working, and we just needed to go out into the corridor, where he also did not work. In response to my disagreement with the lies in my face on her part, she decided to call the police. The Norwegian police were polite, but they went by checking my documents, not the Internet. I highly do not recommend this hotel, the city of Batstfjord is not bad, but it has other hotels, as well as beautiful shelters in nature.

Wir waren leider nur 1 Nacht im Hotel, aber dieser kurze Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Tolle, saubere Suite, mega 7 gängiges Menü, super freundliches Personal. Wir sind spitze bedient worden von Tove, Julia, Emma, Willemo und Masha. Und die Besitzerin Monica ist der Hammer. Sie hat das Hotel, das Restaurant und den Pub liebevoll renoviert. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Varm velkomst fra trivelig personale. Rommet var stort, med tilgang til vannkoker for kaffe og te. Utsikt ut mot kaia. Komfortabelt, lyst og rent rom. Vi besøkte både pubben og restauranten. Veldig trivelige steder, med god mat og god service. De hadde også tilbud om ulike aktiviteter man kunne delta på.
