The air conditioner in the room was not working. It was only on one setting, and we could not adjust it to make the room colder. The panel only read “on” and we were unable to turn it off, reset it, or adjust the temperature in any way so the room was quite warm throughout the night and very uncomfortable. The vent in the restroom was not working either and that was very unpleasant. The tub was slippery so I had to scrub it down myself with one of the bath towels. If a tub is slippery, it’s not clean. Also, the walls are paper thin and we could hear conversations from other rooms throughout the night, children crying and yelling, as well. Then there were some noisy patrons that were running up and down the hallway going in and out of rooms at 3 o’clock in the morning, slamming doors as they went in and out of their rooms, laughing loud, talking loud, it was just very disruptive and very unpleasant and it was very hard to fall back to sleep. My husband and I did not get a good nights rest and both of us woke up with migraines and feeling very tired and uncomfortable. Because of this we packed in a hurry Sunday morning and I ended up forgetting my iPhone charger. So I was very unhappy about that. If you can compensate us in someway or manner, that would be great. If not, then I will never again stay in one of your facilities, or at least not this one.
