Clean, bright, spacious room with a huge bathroom with walk-in shower. Great location only 10 minutes walk from town. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cagliari.

I am a very picky person when it comes to standards and I can honestly vouch that this hotel is an absolutely perfect choice. Everything was superb, from cleanliness to quality and staff. Super clean rooms, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, very pleasant and helpful staff. Loved it!

When we arrived for the night we were nicely greeted and upgraded to a suite that was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Parking was literally across the street from the entrance so no hassle there. Breakfast was very good. The decor of the hotel was classy. What more can you ask for?

The Hotel Fanny is a Stunning Hotel. Very tastefully decorated and well maintained . Spotlessly clean . Staff were welcoming , friendly and helpful. Great choice of buffet breakfast . Lovely garden area to relax and unwind with a crisp glass of wine . Bellissimo!

I have stayed at many properties as I travel for a living, but this property is unique and so welcoming!! The Jr Suite I was given was unlike any I have stayed in. Impeccable Jewel of a property!!! Thank you for your warm welcome Villa Fanny and I rank this as a 10/10 !!!

Wow! Villa hotel fanny must be one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in lots over the years including many 5 stars. On arrival our room was not ready but the staff did all they could to accommodate us, our room exceeded expectations and the breakfast were superb - such a relaxing setting to sit and enjoy before heading out for the day. The Staff really make this place, they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is up there amongst the best. They made several recommendations for dinner, all of which were within a 5 minute walk - you always know its a good one when it is frequented by the locals. The location, the venue, the Staff, Cagliari itself you were superb and we have already booked our return stay!

The property was comfortable, immaculate, clean, beautiful and everything i could have asked for. We had a fab time and the gardens were stunning and breakfast was delicious. Simone at reception was so helpful and a real delight!

Nice hotel, great rooms. A 5 minute walk to all the restaurants in the center of town but the hotel itself is on a quiet street. There was a wedding in the dining room and you could hear loud music throughout the entire hotel. Was told it would only last until 7 pm. Check to make sure there aren’t any events during your stay
