Beautiful hotel with gorgeous artwork! All staff members were fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed! Perfect location-walked to the ocean, famous rainbow houses and to amazing food! Wonderful!

The moment you enter the lobby you are greeted by one of hotel team. David greeted us the first night and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of champagne ! We were running late due to a flight delay and Jessica texted us for an ETA and set up reservation in hotel restaurant. Location was within walking of all the restaurants and stopping. Several blocks from the harbor and access to the water taxi. Comfortable and quiet room. Nice collection of art work through the hotel.

My husband and I just came back from a 3 night stay at The Enclave at the Vendue. Its located in the French Quarter of Charleston right by the water which is fabulous as you can take a leisurely walk along the pier and walkway there. The rooms are nicely decorated and they leave French pastries by your door every morning at 7:30am which is a nice touch. I'd love to see them have a small breakfast area where you could go to eat as I am not much for breakfast in bed but I think space is the issue there. The people at the front desk were always warm and smiling. The one area that could use a little more attention would be housekeeping. Its a bit spotty as far as being consistent. I think we missed turn down service one night - maybe we were in the room to late? We did enjoy the rooftop bar on the other side of the Vendue at night. Lovely place to grab a drink or two!! Overall, we enjoyed a great stay at a great value and I would recommend people to stay here.

Beautiful place with exceptional help.Very attentive to all of are needs.definately will be our place to stay when we visit Charleston . Can't speak enough about the location. Attendant made it so easy in terms of parking and assisting with our luggage.

Great hotel with a lot of pizzazz. Excellent location. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. We loved the art tour and the happy hour in the lobby. Excellent location. They provided everything we needed: umbrellas, iron and ironing board.

Very nice place, great location and a true boutique hotel. Rather pricey and lacking some amenities such as; ice maker in the Enclave wing, no room refrigerators and while the breakfast treats are a plus some variety day to day would be nice.

Wonderful hotel - have stayed there multiple times over the past 10 years. Service is excellent and room quality is very good. We stay at the across-the-street location. Only complaints were the bag breakfast was not delivered one morning (wish they would go back to the seated breakfasts of the past) and the evening cookies were stale several evenings. The valet parking was very expensive, $49 per night, but the service was excellent. Would not ask for a better location - walking distance to all wonderful restaurants and many museums. Will certainly go back next year.

There is so much to rave about…..the hotel was great, the staff was great and the location can’t be beat. Allyson checked us in and was so welcoming and the artwork throughout the hotel is beautiful. Watching the sunset on the Rooftop was great. We had a wonderful experience and including Allyson, the following staff members were largely responsible for that: Casey, Jabari, Max, Anthony and Nicholas. I highly recommend the Vendue!
