Best place for famaliy vacation at Debrecen !!!! We will defenetly will return for another time The aqua park is great!!! You can stay there for at least 3-4 hours a day! Breakfast was very good Dinner was ok , a lot of drinks options Room was big and nice

Absolutely gutted with my experience in the Sauna World in the Debrecen Thermal Bath. Poor service not letting us know when we paid that there was a competition going on so we were not able to use the saunas, only the steamroom. We had to pay extra to join in one of the sauna experience which was a disaster...Naked people walking around, being loud and touching their bits in the sauna while a sauna experience was going on. My brother had to ask one of the men not to touch himself all the time. Absolutely disgusting.

stayed there for 11 nights, loved the city and hotel amenities for kids we visited with 4 small children and asked them to change our towels. they charged us 41 EUR because its free only if you change them every few days .... felt cheated good things: kids amenities and the people the work at the kids amenities great city and the hotel is next to tram station nice spa, indoor water park could use a fix but its still very fun large rooms bad things: very bad cleaning - almost every day forgot to take at least one trash can, almost didn't do any cleaning that we had to ask over and over to clean, had to beg for new bathrobe food - most days it was very bad (they don't even have fresh vegetables at breakfast or dinner) overall its a nice place to stay but i hope that they will improve

Just one night stay, simple hotel bit odd that reception is on second floor but you can access the spa pool area directly. Had a decent room on third floor, ok in size but not much of a view. Breakfast can be improved as first is in a hard to find with no signs and even if a large choice not much of taste with bad coffea. Pools are big enough from hot to cold and nice outside one.

We spent 2 days in the Hotel, where the bed were horrible, the air condition did not work in the room. we did not use our welcome drink voucher for 5 person. They mixed up our tickets to the Meditarrean pools, and they made us to buy 5 separate tickets. It was not fair, the information on the home page informed us otherwise. At the end we asked for a coffee while we were waiting for our invoice and showed them the 5 unused welcome drink vouchers but they made us to pay a coffee. I felt after all the inconvenience and the Mediterranean pool tickets for 5, would be the minimum if they offer one coffee with an apology. It is not about the coffee of course but how they made us feel… the hotel was half empty in mid July… 4star hotel with zero sence of hospitality and misinformation. Dinner is OK. Breakfast was great though.. The slides and the pools are great, safe and fun!
