The Grand Highness

I chose this hotel simply on the basis of Tripadvisor reviews but was very disappointed. The location is away from the main sites and is in one of the bylanes with shabby locality around. As for the room, we looked at the different category rooms and finally settled in into the Royal Suite. The mattress, the bed, the toiletries were all very sub standard. But what was most disappointing was its people. The staff was very unfriendly. At the breakfast table we settled into a table and used the water bottles placed there. The lady of the house came angrily and said that the bottles were for some kind of a conference that was going to be held later and simply took away the remaining bottles. We found it extremely rude and discourteous. The reception too insisted on the check out time inspite of the fact that the hotel was empty and on offer for paying extra charges for a delayed check out of 2 hours, asked for the entire days payment. Very disappointing.

Very well Maintained property. Room service was excellent. Silent place no disturbances. Wonderful ambience. Well trained staff Very good hospitality. Food quality and test was excellent. We surely recommend to stay here. Will surely stay next time.

It was my 3rd Stay in this hotel and as always it was amazing. The staff is good and highlight is the amazing location. My kid is 1.5 yrs n rools a lot in sleep so they provided extra mattress without any charge. Go for it without thinking for a bit.

It's a great experience staying in TGH Hotel. Must visit this hotel in Diu. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

We opted for the standard room and it was quite spacious with a balcony on the side. Room was very clean as well. Food at the in house restaurant was good as well. We tried chillie fish and noodles. Fish was very fresh and tasty. Only one issue, one of the staff kind of forcefully insisted that I give a review then and there in google. Though I gave the rating but I refused to write a review at that very moment as it was not convenient. Hotel should not force staff to insist for these type of reviews. Otherwise I have no other complains. Stay, food and service all three were great.

Everything is perfect as per requirement.. Happy to stay at TGH.please try sometime for at least one night stay.punjabi good is also good at hotel restaurant and one beat problem I have to faced is to delay in order receiving. My suggestion to hotel ***agement to improve order delivery time.

The food provided was awesome. The ambience was worth appreciating. The love and care with which the staff served us was marvelous. It was a last moment arrangement but the way the staff handled the situation and the students was commendable. For me it's 10/10 for the supporting staff,excellent food and outstanding hospitality

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish….

the rooms are amazing with really good sizes and the stay was great at a really affordable price...the food was good and the staff is really helping and well behaved..highly recommended and suggested for an economical stay..had a great exprerience
