Paradise! A private island only for the resort. We were in a slightly small lagoon room, there was no place to put our luggage, I recommend taking the room on the sea or sea view. All inclusive the food was excellent!!! Kind staff and the massage is dreamy. The place looks like heaven

I have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves.
As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them.
Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think.
Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

Perfect in every case … Salil and the F&B-Team were amazing.
The bungalow was very nice. Sometimes you have the feeling in the Lagoon villas, that people see you.
Staff at reception could be more open. No options for late check-out.
Sometimes it was completely full at the pool, that there was no space for a sunbath. … I had to rest on my veranda.
Overall a little too expensive, but worth a stay.

秘島的なロケーションで、静けさとホテルのクオリティは抜群です。
お客さんの9割以上は欧米人で、アジア系はかなり浮きます。
それなりに英語のListeningとSpeakingができないと
、スタッフとのコミュニケーションが厳しいです。
ディナーはお値段高めです。
朝食バイキングは種類も豊富で大満足でした！
また来年来ます！

環境非常美，房間也很大，各種設施很人性化，比如房間門口就有沖洗的水龍頭，可以把腳上的沙子沖乾淨再進屋。服務尤其好，每一個遇到的服務員都會和你熱情打招呼。吃飯時隨時關注需求，提供服務。唯一欠佳的就是餐廳的食物都偏鹹。晚餐點了三個菜都很鹹，早餐凡是鹹味的食物也都很鹹！

値段に見合ったサービスです。
しかしメールで彼女の名前を伝えていたにもかかわらず、名前を予約の名前と一緒にされたので、サービスを4にしました。

The art of laid back luxury indeed! One of the most efficient services I've ever had. Kudos to the Cauayan team! From picking up to the airport straight our villas they made it so smooth. Didnt even have to wait at the lobby. A very romantic place to go as well. Good job to Alwin who made it easy for my fiance to sort the dinner proposal. All the crews are friendly and very helpful. Worth every penny 😍🏝 Plus their wifi is good too, no need to go to the reception if you want something, just one msg in whatsapp and they are ready to serve. Good villas too.
