Entire hotel, including room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Very hot room and could not be cooled off without opening window which was too noisy because of being next to hiway. Very uncomfortable pillows. Bed was comfortable but blanket was old.

Definitely dated but still super cute. Felt very comfortable and the location was great. Super easy to find. staff was so friendly. On my way out with my two kids. The man at the front desk even offered to help me carry my luggage outside. 10 out of 10 definitely stay again.

It is a decent low budget hotel for sure. Couple of issues for me is the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and the wifi drastically needs to be upgraded!

We stayed here while passing through.
The front desk staff was awesome. We checked in just before midnight and he was so quick and friendly.
The room was pleasant with a table & chairs, a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in room 112.
Huge room, we were able to park our vehicle right outside by our outer door.
Fantastic pillows, comfortable bed, zero complaints.
Internet was slow, but that was minor.
Over all, the Nova was a reasonably priced and quiet.

It was a lovely older hotel and thankfully the staff was amazing as was able to deal with the ******* people to move me to a ground floor room as there is no elevator and I had a load of stuff to take in and out. There were a few little picky cleanliness issues like hairs in the sink and bathtub but you could clearly see it had been wiped and cleaned. And instead of a conditioner and a shampoo I had two conditioners and no soap. Attention to details. But the bed was very comfy and clean and I had a great sleep! I will be back when I'm in the area.

Likes = Rooms are spacious; beds are comfy; convenient dining table; two entrances to our room (exterior and interior)
Dislikes = tub surround needs to be scrubbed not just wiped; baseboard and floor area behind bathroom door desperately needs cleaning; beer bottle cap along baseboard near bedside indicates that vacuuming person isn't being thorough; dead flies (?) in the light above the sink indicate lack of attention

The place was generally quite clean but there was a distinct smell in the room which was incredibly unpleasant. Like the room had not been cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke initially. Mold in a corner of the room, dirt and beer bottle cap on the floor, hair in the bathtub. Good thing the bed sheets were clean and we were only there for sleep.
