Upon entering the room I noticed that there was smell in the toilet due to the shower curtain not being properly washed prior to check-in.
The wifi wasn't working properly as well, and upon contacting them front desk I was told that the wifi router was located outside the door, suggesting that I should get closer to the door of the room in order to get a connection.
Later on the front office supervisor on duty (Mr. Kerry) came to my room apologizing for the weak connection while mentioning the dated age of the property.
He went on to offer a room change, however the issue remained the same after he left the room.
While I understand that the building is over 20 years old, it is still a 5 star hotel. Thus, if the wifi connection is weak in all rooms, all guests should be made aware of this fact upon check-in, which did not happen.
As much as I appreciate Mr. Kerry's effort to make my stay more pleasurable, I cannot say I enjoyed my stay here and it is unlikely that I will return.
