We stayed here for a night during our long road trip from Assam to Karnataka. Property is right next to the highway (NH-12). Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Services are good. The venue is mainly used for events like wedding. Be careful about nails present in the parking areas while removing temporary pandals.

We spent just a few hours in this hotel, under very strange circumstances. Our flight to Delhi from Bagdogra was cancelled, so we hired a car and travelled to Kolkata by car. We reached here middle of the night, dead tired, we got to know about the hotel from Tripadvisor only. The hotel is right on the highway, just before Malda and looks pretty huge and impressive. The staff was very courteous, specially the young girl at the reception, and also those who carried our luggage middle of the night with a smile. The rooms are decent with comfortable beds and modern bathroom. There is tea-coffee maker with even marie biscuits! One problem we faced is of mosquitoes, horrible amounts of them, owing to a waterbody within the complex. That was the only dampner in the otherwise decent stay int he hotel. We checked out before breakfast, so wouldn't be able to comment on the food.
