Eagle Tented Lodge & Spa

Had a wonderful stay at Eagle Tented Lodge. The staff was very special and looked after us as if we were a royal couple. Thank you MacBrian, Assei and Lydia, you are all wonderful people! The food was very nice, the room was top and the location just magic for us. Not even a flat tyre could bother us, because it was changed for us with a smile. "Just go and have your breakfast, we take care of it...." - what a pleasure!!! Thanks again to everybody at the lodge!!! Gerald & Lisi

Wonderfut pleace, very welcoming ! The view was absolutely fabulous and the tents very confortable. We could have a cocktail before dinner on our terrasse. Diner and breakfast were delicious ! I recommand this place !

Nice Tents. You feel like in a Africa movie in the last century. Great mountain view. A couple of giraffes on the lodge. The service team was excellent. We were part of the family and had a good stay even it was only one night.

We had an incredible time at the lodge ! The staff absolutely made the visit! Stoney, McBrian and Jeffred were THE MOST amazing company for our stay. By chance we had the whole hotel to ourselves for one night, so we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them about the amazing surroundings and beautiful country. Thank you for listening to us and not getting all the breakfast out and wasting any food haha! Our tour with Jeffred in the evening was the most magical drive, I will cherish the beers and chats with you for a very long time. There won't be a sunset as beautiful. Along with the amazing drive to Etosha, we were truly spoilt by you, THANK YOU! Mc Brain - I KNOW YOU WILL SEE THIS! You are a superstar - You could not have made our stay better, the car was was completely not needed - BUT we apricate you! Good luck with your studies - I will keep an eye out for you on here :-) The rooms were spotless with incredible views at night, you will never see stars anywhere else in the world. To the owners of the hotel - Your staff are a testament to you, I highly recommend everyone to stay.

We stayed at the Eagle Tented Lodge for three nights this august. The drive from the gate to the Lodge was a little adventure itself and we spotted some giraffes which was great. The Lodge is located at a mountain and there is nothing but nature around it, just amazing. The main building (Reception, Restaurant, Pool, Bar) looks like an old castle and is decorated to the smallest detail. From the Restaurant and Bar you have a stunning view over the landscape. Note: There are no windows, so during Namibian winter time you should bring a jacket and scarf to dinner. The dinner and lunch was really good, and breakfast had everything we were looking for. One night we requested vegetarian food and they made everything possible to cook sth nice for us. The Pool is also great, and a perfect place to read a book and relax in between Safaris. The tents are awesome. If you were ever looking for a place for "glamping", this is it. Only negative aspect is, that the steel construction gets really noisy when it's windy outside. The whole Team around Abraham was just amazing. So nice, warm hearted and welcoming. We hope to meet all of them again one day. Thank you guys for making our stay so special and amazing.

This place is beautiful. The tents are amazing. The location not good enough to get to etosha early in the morning. 30 km of dust road then another 30km to get to Anderson gate it's a bit too much. No air-conditioning in the tents! The price is BALLOONED! A Graptizer for N$ 65? ? Please explain that to me?

Had a fab trip and staff were super friendly and obliging. Rooms are quite far from the main area (so not easy for the elderly). Would be nice if they offered some snacks around the pool area (They do offer drinks) - they did try though. Can improve food somewhat - can see that they've been hit hard from Covid. ps. Rooms do not have airconditioning. Location is around 45min drive from Etosha park

Wonderful lodge and spa in the hillside Okaukuejo, Namibia. They upgraded me due to COVID to a beautiful modern room with a speckling of antiques. The staff was attentive and warm. Food was excellent! Massage and a pool day was a nice break. Did a late afternoon game drive and a morning trip to see the Himba tribe. Wish I had stayed longer!
