Gross dirty and need updating. Hair everywhere. Front desk didn’t even ask for id when checking in or confirm the name on the room when I went to get a new key… 0 security

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff is helpful and so accommodating. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job as well. Price for rooms is good, restaurant and grocery stores nearby. Overall a lovely stay!

This was my first time actually staying in Peace River and I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was so nice and cozy with the pull out couch, queen bed, fireplace, desk and mini kitchenette (minus a stove)! Having a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and coffee maker along with actual dishes and cutlery was fantastic!
And the property is pet friendly!! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area for work!

This hotel has dogs and cats all over the place. The hallways and elevator are old and dirty. The air conditioner is very loud

Really dirty everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, the safe took almost ten minutes to come to the front counter to check us in. Not personable at all. Will never come back….. after seeing the floors I was scared to get into the bed. Very very very loud AC unit I didn’t sleep all night. Should have just stayed in my truck

Nice room layout, and clean enough. Night staff diffident, morning staff much better. Linen and towels very worn, holes in the blanket, threadbare bedspread, pillows lumpy.

Nothing but problems with the bookings and checking in. Lost our reservation, didn’t give us the room we requested, etc. Breakfast was disappointing.
