The management at this hotel needs to take a few courses in CUSTOMER SERVICE. My reservation stipulated a room with a King size bed but they booked us in a Queen so I had to ask for a transfer and they were rather rude about it. Both the first floor and the second have a distinct "smoke" odor even though it's supposedly "SMOKE FREE". Parking is also a problem as apparently the business next door owns all the front parking except for 2 or 3 spaces so my husband got a nasty tongue lashing by the business owner even though the business wasn't even open at the time. Also, the back door of the building as a key-card pad BUT it doesn't work and anyone can enter the building thru that door!!! On the morning of check out, there was no one behind the counter or answering the phone in spite of the fact that they lived in the hotel.
