Meine Tochter und ich blieben 10 Tage im Hotel. Das Essen ist abwechselnd und es gibt auch vegetarische Alternativen. Jeden Abend eine Show und Kinderprogramm.

Zrovna lezim na lehatku pri bazene, lietadlo nam leti o par hodin, tak vyuzivam tento cas na napisanie recenzie. Check in po prijazde do hotela (minulu nedelu okolo 21:00) prebehol hladko a este sme stihli aj veceru, ktora sa podava do 21:30. Strava celkovo je tu pestra, kazdy si vyberie to svoje ci uz na ranajky, obed alebo veceru, doobeda a poobede sa podaval aj snack. Obcas sa stalo ze nejake jedlo chybalo, behom par minut ho vsak doplnili. Asi raz-dvakrat sa stalo ze sme chvilu cakali na stol. Casnici a celkovo personal bol prijemny a mily. V baroch do 23:00 sa podavali drinky, pivo a vino v ramci all inclusive, potom sa uz platilo. Raz sme boli na veceri v greckej restauracii kde sa podaval aperitiv, predjedlo, hlavne jedlo (moznost vyberu zo 4 jedal) a dezert. Mne osobne chutilo, bolo toho vsak prilis vela. Ubytovani sme boli v bungalovoch na prvom poschodi s vyhladom na bazen asi 30m od miesta kde prebiehal vecerny program. Hudba dost hucala, takze do tej cca 23:30 sa nedalo zaspat. Bungalov sice uz nieco zazil ale nestazujeme sa. Nachadza sa tam aj sprcha aj vana, vo vani vsak nie je zaves a ked niekto vstupi do bungalovu, prakticky hned vidi vanu. Klimatizaciu nam prisli vymenit v treti den pobytu kedze takmer vobec nechladila, potom to uz bolo v pohode. Uteraky a osusky menili kazdy den, takisto aj doplnali sampon a sprchac ked sa minal. V izbe je aj mala chladnicka, fen a TV, ten sme vsak ani raz nezapli, rychlovarna konvica + caje, trezor. Lezadla a slnecniky pri bazene a na plazi boli uz v cene, lezadla vsak bolo potrebne si rano obsadit. Na vacsinu plaze je zly pristup do vody kvoli skalam, akurat na kraji rezortu pri pristave je piesocna plaz s lehatkami, sprchou a bufetom. Plaz by obcas mohli vycistit od rias, inac bola v pohode, dno bolo piescite, obuv do mora nie je potrebna, takisto aj snorchel je zbytocny. Osusky na plaz sa daju vymenit max 3krat za tyzden, treba vsak ist hned rano, inac mate smolu. Z miestnej pozicovne sme si na jeden den pozicali auto (fiat panda za 60€ vratane poistenia) a isli sme pozriet doobeda udolie motylov (detom sa pacilo) a poobede sme sli pozriet mesto Rhodos - krasne mesto, odporucam ist na cely den, je tam co pozerat. Neda mi este nespomenut macky ktore sa vyskytuju v celom areali vratane restauracii. Wifi fungovala celkom fajn az na jeden den kedy dost casto vypadavala. Celkovo spokojnost a pobyt by som ohodnotil na 4 hviezdicky. Co ocenujem je ze hoci check out je do 11:00 am, mohli sme ist este dnes na obed a az do nasho odchodu o 17:00 vyuzivat vsetky moznosti hotela.

Whether it deserves its 5 star is an argument for another day. The hotel served its purpose for us and to have breakfast everyday overlooking the Aegean Sea was a massive plus The staff were helpful , the room we had was functional and clean. The food and alcohol were ok if a little repetitive. The weather could have been better but that was out of our control There were a lot of European travellers including French , German etc at the resort and if you’ve got a cat phobia best not go to Rhodes at all. Overall it was a nice break for us

Please read the previous reviews carefully and in date order of visits and not as shown - as the best reviews on top if you want to make sure you’re ready for a stay at this resort. Myself and my partner stayed for a week in April and fully expected as described in the hotel booking website via Easy Jet holidays, a five star hotel with a range of outdoor bars and snack areas along with daytime and evening entertainment, good standard or rooms and food/snacks. By plus nearby bars and restaurants outside the hotel To visit. What we experienced was nothing short of a cheap ‘Pontins’ style holiday. The rooms, not just our own but that of other guests and their reports and photos, were shocking- with issues of broken items, dirty bedding, substandard decoration and cheap twin beds. The towels provided were old, used and thin. Sheets not changed throughout our stay. The guests we met and spoke with also complained of the same. Some even took the decision of booking another hotel and paying the extra cost! Many complained to hotel reception but were treated very rudely by some Of the staff on the desk. With sharp comments and unhelpful attitudes. I spoke with them about the room, food and entertainment and had no joy. 🥲 The room- We were not supplied or allow to take to the room, proper cups for tea and coffee. Instead given thin paper cups to use and one was filled with a small number of coffee and tea packets. Not as expected and seen at other 4/5 star resorts. A dirty outer stained kettle was left on the side for our use. Room decoration was dated and areas unclean. We could see mould in the shower and bath along with dirty curtains and windows. We were lucky compared to some with a shower and TV that worked. The food was similar to what’s expected at 3 star hotels and many dishes repeated each day or items from Breakfast placed out again for lunch and dinner. The most annoying thing about the food, was its temperature. All cooked food was left in silver heating dishes for hours and therefore at best, warm and never hot.. we along with others did complain but to be told ‘nothing they can do’ However staff in the restaurant were great and kept the place clean and welcoming for guests. They always had a smile and tried to assist in any questions people had. Entertainment- We and other guests experienced being treated very differently to the French guests ( which we discovered, are the main part of this hotels clients). We tried to attend the planned entertainment offered each night but was told it’s for the French families only and ‘sorry’ but entertainment staff do not speak good English to translate. All information on hotels notice boards are in French also. Therefore due to the location of the hotel and distance form main town- we, like many other families, were stuck in our rooms or sitting in a bar all evening. This is as the same for daytime entertainment. Therefore any of the activities offered were excluded to us.

Me and my girlfriend booked this as a birthday holiday and a break from relaity. I emailed the hotel to see if we could arrange something as a surprise for her birthday, I was in contact with Maria who gave me the options which are really good and I chose one. However when we arrived we were told the hotel had upgraded us to a junior suit with a sea view and private pool for my girlfriends birthday! We were lost for words and couldn't be anymore grateful! The staff we have come into contact with so far have been friendly and welcoming! The weather is overcast but still warm. Hoping for sunny days to come! I can't thank the staff enough they have definitely made this a holiday to remember for their generous gesture!!! Will add photos once the sun makes an appearance!

This is without doubt the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, it is so dated and tired. All the rooms are dirty and broken the public areas are worse than that, the snack bar is a joke and the drinks are terrible. I do understand that we all have different standards but not where this hotel is concerned its awful. Its a Stag Do at best place to stay and even then i would need to be drunk.

Oh my gosh this was the best holiday I have ever been on! I have made friends for a lifetime and genuinely can say I enjoyed myself. The staff went out of their way so many times to help up - The Manager, Assistant Manager, Anastasia with the beautiful nails, The Front Desk Manager, Kostas and Nikas, all the resteraunt staff… and of course Maria on the beachbar!! I truly mean it when I say you are all amazing!! The rooms were divine, the beach view genuinely cures depression because it is so gorgeous to wake up to. Im a picky eater so I didnt really eat but the cocktails were to die for!!! the passion fruit martini wow😍 I want to say a big thank you to the Manager and the assistant manager because you took such good care of me and my friends, and you really made us feel safe, welcome and comfortable 🥰 Love you all lots Paddy x

Booked for a weeks stay, knowing that the hotel was secluded but thinking that we had booked a 5 star hotel that we could relax and enjoy. This is not the case! The rooms are barely 3 star, mould and stains all over - no soundproofing so we were woken up multiple times by the above guests. We requested a new room, this was a battle and when we were moved we were put near staff accommodation with no tv and electrics all turned off. New room was better but had twin beds, not double and the shower broken. Electricity was turned off when we got there so fixed that ourselves. There was a storm one night and rain pooled in under the gaps under the door. Food is never warm, always cold, and choices are minimal with food running out and taking forever to be replaced/topped up. The animation team have no interest in you if you’re not french, no announcements in English. It’s as if they want you to not be there. Beach needs a good clean, and the only bar open during the day is at the beach so a long walk if you’re at the pools. The snack bar is minimal, just food left over from lunch/dinner. Bolts sticking out the floor at the makeshift outdoor gym, dangerous and rusty. Lots of ants and bugs everywhere. Reception staff are rude and need a lesson in customer service. Overall I think this hotel is over estimated and barely 3 stars. The cats were the highlight of the trip. I hope they are well looked after.
