We had a good trip we stayed two nights, the first night was great but the second night was terrible due to the people in the room above us sound like a heard of elephants all night LONG. LOTS of kids running down the hall always slamming doors.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay there. Nice a quiet and had a nice themed whirlpool room. Only thing that might be alittle better is the laundry facilities. With paying so much for the room I would think the laundry facilities would be less that 2.75 to was and 2.75 to dry. I can see needing to maintain the machines however it would be more reasonable being closer between 1.00-1.75. That was not a deal break just a suggestion. Other than that it was a great stay.

I loved having an outdoor access to get my dogs outside for potty breaks. What I didn't like was that there was no tv remote for livingroom tv and unable to use it loved having a fireplace but it is on a timer and the timer doesnt work well so it took 15 hours to turn itself off. If that was the only heat in the room it would be great but it wasn't and it created so much heat we had to sleep with windows open to be comfortable.

We like to stay at Stoney Creek an normally do when traveling to St Joe. We enjoy the Jacuzzi suite however this last stay the Jacuzzi in the room was so incredibly dirty.... There was brown thick debris (like a film) all in the tub.... When I wiped it with a towel it let the towel very soiled with brown 'stuff'. Called front desk an room couldn't be switched an nobody to come look at the tub.
It was never used by us...I Believe they gave a credit the next morning.

Probably the best hotel in St. Joe. Cool lodge feel. Very pleasant staff who were customer service oriented. Loved the room and the lodge theme.

I always stay at this hotel when I come visit from minnesota, the only thing I had an issue with was that the first few days, it was difficult to get into the room, because the door would not unlock u til after about 5 or 6 tries with the room key, and it would do this every time we would try to get into the room. It finally stopped after housekeeping came to clean the room, and after that it finally worked every time. Other than that it was a great stay, as always.

Found a lot of crumbs under furniture. Found old plates under the couch. When we first got to the hotel, we couldn’t get the fire place to work, but got help to do so quickly. Over all, the stay was comfortable, quiet and vibe was very family oriented. Would definitely return.
