This resort is beautiful, staff is great, and Cress is wonderful. Very relaxing. Highly recommend for couples or those wanting a quiet, restorative vacation.

From have to wait over an hour to check in and being offered a free charcuterie board sent to the room. To having to wait over an hour to get our first drink at dinner. Room Service out of a bunch of things. worst massage in years. Not a single person wishing my girlfriend happy 40th birthday when clearly communicated on the reservation. WORST Experience EVER!

This hotel is charging five star prices for three star accommodations and service. Rooms are in need of major renovation. The bathroom is quite small with no tub. We picked this location because it was in town, but it is incredibly inconvenient to walk up and down (140+ steps) to get into town. The views in Sedona are so beautiful and this hotel had none of those views. We didn’t find the service to be particularly friendly, with no one greeting us the countless times we went in and out. Valet was spotty, sometimes our car was there and sometimes it wasn’t after calling ahead. Breakfast at Cress was pleasant but our server was not seen much and didn’t address an issue we had with the tea.

This is a well situated hotel in Sedona. It’s location is ideal for most excursions. It is pricey as we paid over $1000 per room. I’m not sure the amenities live up to the price. The breakfast was at at best average.The cress restaurant was pricey at $1000 for four people without drinks. I’m not sure I will come back to this hotel in the future.

Please don’t stay at this hotel - over rated and over priced ! I should have read the poor reviews before travel as they are spot on. Not only did they wrongly book the initial dates thereafter the experience didn’t get any better. Service very poor with inexperienced staff, room disappointing with noisy aircon & very expensive dining room with small portions. I could go on….. one plus was the spa - the massage was very good but with a heavy price tag. Stay away there is better options!

With a view of the majestic red rocks of Sedona, and bordering a lovely creek, L'Auberge de Sedona was a perfect place to stay. Lovely accommodations, great views, excellent service, and good food made for a wonderful Visit. The location is ideal, with many good restaurants and shopping within one mile, and to which the hotel care service will take you at no charge. When we return to take another hike on one of the many trails surrounding Sedona, we will definitely stay at L'Auberge..

We had a wonderful time at L’Auberge. The creekside cottage that was our home for the week was comfortable and cozy. The bed and linens were perfect. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful with all our needs. They kept our cottage spotless and the turn down service was a treat. Our fireplace in the cottage was all set up and ready to light each evening. With just the strike of a match we had a cozy private fire to enjoy. Outside, we especially enjoyed the beautiful creek and back patio area with chairs and fire pits. The valet service and daily town car drop off service was great. They delivered us to nearby trailheads for the day and we did not have to hassle with parking and directions which was all included in our resort fee (no worrying about all the tipping, it was included). The spa was peaceful and very clean. The massage we scheduled at the end of the week was well executed and helped work out those sore muscles. We just had a fantastic week.

It was a wonderful experience. The location was beautiful with almost a mystical feel and its right in the town too. The rooms felt luxurious the services excellent. Dinner at the Cress was romantic and elegant. We felt pampered throughout our stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the scenery. A wonderful meal at the Cress restaurant. I would highly recommend having dinner on the property. Meal was great and the service is outstanding.
