The room has poor sound insulation, insufficient heating, and is relatively cold in the room. It is far from the town center, inconvenient to eat, poor service, and even unauthorized entry into guest rooms, resulting in poor accommodation experience.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, the showers are very well done for the area. It is an oasis of comfort and cleanliness! José did a great job welcoming us and taking care of all our needs. We combined a visit here with a tour and it was a great combination.

Upon arrival we were shocked by the surroundings of the hotel, a 20 minute walk from the city center of Uyuni (although the city center is not very developed either), and the hotel was surrounded by construction sites and sandy roads/ unpaved dust. However, once we entered the hotel we received a warm welcome from the owner, he offered us coffee and cookies while we waited for an early 10am check-in. The hotel interior and rooms are well decorated, clean and spacious. Free wifi and hot water flowed all day.

The hotel is normal, it is more like a house with rooms. The rooms are comfortable, the sheets and towels could be better. The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. José, the owner is only friendly if you hire tour services with him. The moment you tell him that you are not going to contract with him, the kindness disappears. Breakfast is fine. The heating is poor. Something very uncomfortable is that it does not accept card payments, only cash. The hotel is 12 - 15 minutes from the center of Uyuni, which is where all the restaurants and bars are.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, clean and great room, very spacious and comfortable! Staff is excellent and good management. Tours office for Uyuni is at the hotel, hence it is quite easy to communicate and coordinate hotel and tour! Highly recommended!
