کیفیت هتل و خدمات و برخورد پرسنل در کل خوب بود صبحانه رستوران هم تقریبا تکمیل بود و اتاق ها خیلی تمیز بود و همچنین کیفیت وسایل استفاده شده وضعیت خوبی داشتند فقط از لحاظ مکانی با مرکز خرید ۱۰ دقیقه فاصله داشت ولی جلوی هتل دولموش و تاکسی همیشه موجوده

هتل بسیار عالی. صبحانه بسیار متفاوت و خوشمزه. پرسنل بسیار صمیمی و مهمان نواز هستند. لوکیشن هتل نزدیک مرکز شهر است. نزدیک به کافی شاپ استارباکس استخر و سونا و سالن بدنسازی بسیار عالی بود. تمامی پرسنل تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی دارند. نظافت اتاق و سرویس بهداشتی عالی بود. امنیت بسیار بالایی داشت.

Situation of hotel is good and the breakfast has a good variety. The problems are that there is not transparence with prices the charged us 200 TL for 2 pool bonnet. The staff didn t warn us before. There was a camera un the swimmingpool which could be cleaner. Also the are not price list of minibar, so we paid 120 TL for a small packet of nuts.
Furthermore you could hear your neighbours in their rooms so these could be better insonorized

First if allí consider Hotel location which is noisy because of a Mosque speakers five times per day. Also, it located just 100 meters of a big school and there is no bus school and all the parents bring their children by their own car everyday and they have to find a place to park, traffic jam and horns noise... Don't count on swimming pool, it's really dirty and polluted and the hotel manager do not have any consideration for cleaning. They make you use a hat and you have to buy a ****y hat for 100. Room services is normal but you have to ask anything by yourself. Attention: There is no tissues in a 5 star hotel.

It was so terrible because nobody can't speak English they did not understand our requests just 2 person in reception can speak English but not very good and the towel was dirty, about breakfast I can explain, everything was low-test and little. Location was in a good area but a mosque was attached to the hotel and it was too noisy early morning.

Hotel is good, clean, great location because you can visit whole central city by walking, services are good too But breakfast place in first floor is too small for hotel passengers, you have to wait in lines to find free table In the end i think is one best hotel in van to stay
