I booked it for my parents and I informed Ms Lalita(Hotel ***ager) and Mr Vipin(Kitchen ***ager) to take care of my parents as I stay in Bhubaneswar. I just wanted to see my Parents Happy as they did so much for us. Trust me, they had no words to express how Great they felt that- 1 day at “The Park Hote”. Every staff made them feel special. They are extremely Happy. Thank you Team. I recommend people to stay and take good memories in this Hotel. Thank you.

Arrival experience was very good. Stayed in 306 has excellent view. Beach front hotel. Check in and check out was smooth. Hospitality was good. We are very delighted with the hospitality. Staff arranged a chocolate welcome cake before we checks in to the rooms. Here I am attaching the pics as well. Service was excellent and prompt.

Housekeeping is a very reliable service, and every cleaner that Miss Kumari & Kanaka have sent us has been exceptional. When we have had a few problems, their prompt, amiable customer service has come to our aid. Furthermore, our everyday room service is AMAZING & VERY CLEAN. She always leaves my room spotless and with a meticulous and careful touch.

We were charged over £150 (15000 IR) a night for a four night stay which we were happy to pay in order for a “luxury 5 star hotel” experience. However we were sadly disapointed. The room was shabby and in much need of an overhaul. It was more like a hostel than a luxury hotel. One morning we were greeted with a 3 inch half dead cockroach in the bathroom. Not what you expect in a luxury hotel! The pool and surrounds were no better. The sun beds were grimy, the decking was falling apart and the pool had black mould just above the water line. We complained and were told that the ***ager would meet us in our room at an agreed time. He never turned up. It was just all so disapointing - we paid top dollar and got hostel standard.

Stayed here while watching the cricket. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The a**osphere was calm and relaxed. Some building improvements were underway but that didn’t spoil my experience. The hotel could do with a bit of modernisation ( which was underway) as some aspects were looking a bit tired. A good place to stay.

A very nice property with a scenic view. Great gesture from front office team specially Althaf and ***navo. Always there for support. I’m very regular to this hotel as services from Althaf is always so prompt. Would like to come back again and again, nice hotel

Kanaka and Cherishma are amazing from the house keeping.Good service From the Front office team Chitra,Althaf and Hema were very helpful and effective during checking. The service was very nice and would definitely recommend this place.
