This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Everything is provided in the room like bathrobe, iron and ironing board, There is a fridge, unbrella, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

Good location. The amenity was good and the same as the one on Trip.com. It would be even better if the room will undergo a deep clean to remove some mold in the washroom esp around washing basin. Having said that, we enjoyed the stay and will consider staying again in the future.

Hotel pangsapuri yang hebat! Walaupun saya menempah bilik mini, bilik sebenar yang saya tinggali adalah sebuah apartmen kecil dengan tingkap. Ia mempunyai semua peralatan dan kemudahan, dan tuala serta segala-galanya dibungkus dalam beg plastik. Rasanya sangat bersih dan kebersihannya juga OK. Sekiranya anda tiba lewat, kaunter penerimaan tetamu akan mengambil inisiatif untuk menghubungi dan memberitahu anda cara untuk pergi. Secara keseluruhannya, ia sesuai untuk seorang!

The hotel is close to subway station, so it is convenient to reach. The room is really big and have everything you need for your stay. Staff is helpful. Special thx to 薛之谦 who called and informed my gf , her glassses were left in the hotel room so we could return and get them back from the reception desk.

The hotel kindly gave me a free upgrade when I checked in. Communication is very easy because reception adds you on WeChat and all communication is then easily done through this. Daily messages regarding cleaning needs or other requests are received and sent this way. The hotel also helped me with printing at no additional cost and was available at any time to answer questions or help. The only issue with this hotel is the noise from the street, as rooms are on the 4th floor, the constant beeping of car horns and people shouting can be heard late into the night and early hours of the morning. To be fair, this seems to be a regular thing in Shenzhen, with car drivers frequently hooting but considering the proximity to the street, it is much more annoying and unavoidable. Although the railway station is close, it is obviously always busy and crowded with line 4 in particular quite a nightmare at time. It takes more than an hour to get to Sea World, other attractions or parts of downtown. If you are in no rush to get anywhere, it’s okay. The room itself is massive and all amenities are great! Water in the shower is always at good temperature and pressure. Hot water temp. remains constant. Cleaning is done well and sheets changed on request whenever needed. The drawback of the kitchen is that no cooking utensils are provided so expect to purchase your own and leave them there or transport them with you. However, the kitchen conveniently comes with dish dryer (not washer). Impressively, are the washing and dryer combo which is of high quality, silent and works well. The sealed outdoor balcony is great for drying clothes and gets a good amount of sun. Foreigners should, importantly note, that this hotel does not do the police temporary residence registration so you will have to go yourself as soon as possible to do this. The hotel will provide you with a printout of their check-in system to help you and though the office to register is not far it can be a little difficult to explain the situation to the officers. Suggest you attend to this immediately as you will receive a call from the police although the officer I had spoken to was very helpful! Perhaps the hotel can look into doing the hotel registration in future to assist foreigners. Since it all done online, it is much easier. Wi-Fi works well and TV in the lounge allows for mirroring. There are many plug points clearly marked for non-removal for housekeeping. Bing Space Plaza is conveniently around the corner with restaurants, many shopping outlets especially warehouse outlets for discounted brand shopping. Bigger malls are with 1.5-2km walking distance from the hotel. Other than that, I was very comfortable and well taken care of at the hotel. Any issues are immediately taken care of (for example, some of the the kitchen and bedroom lights were not working but immediately fixed when reported). I would stay here again if I needed to be close to the railway station or that part of Shenzhen. It was worth the cost and I spent a very comfortable month there. I love this beautiful Hotel - its very close to Jodd Fairs night market, my room on the 19th floor had a beautiful view of the city, we have 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, very connenient…. The only thing about this place is the breakfast buffet, not so many choices of foods, the staff was very nice n friendly… definitely will come back n stay longer at this beautiful Hotel… 🥰🥰🥰……………

Tian·ONE Light Luxury Hotel Apartment (Zhuhai Fuhuali Branch) was a great choice for my one-night stay in Zhuhai. The apartment was in a prime location, 5 mins walk to the lively Fuhuali and Jiuzhou Avenue shopping areas, where I enjoyed a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The apartment was also easy to reach from the Gongbei Port and the Jiuzhou Port by car. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my messages. The room was large, bright, and tidy, with a simple and elegant design. The room had a TV, an air conditioner, and a private bathroom. The bed was cozy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The hotel offered disposable towels and toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a razor. The only minor issue was that the reception was on the 10th floor, which was not very obvious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zhuhai. IFC Residence Hotel amat sesuai untuk keluarga. Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya di sebelah pusat Shanghai, beberapa ratus meter dari sungai, persekitaran perniagaan di sekitarnya kaya, dan kakitangan dan perkhidmatan hotel juga sangat baik. Bilik ini sangat besar, dan pintu masuk adalah dapur, dengan peti sejuk, periuk induksi, sinki, pembuat kopi, dan lain-lain, kecuali mesin basuh, ia sangat sesuai untuk keluarga yang mempunyai anak. Bilik-biliknya ber***a apartmen, dengan meja dan pelbagai kabinet, yang pastinya cukup .... Pengawal berganda juga sangat sesuai untuk kegunaan keluarga. Katilnya cukup besar, dan katil bujang dengan kanak-kanak sebenarnya sudah memadai. Penilaian keseluruhan adalah kepuasan! kepuasan! Tempat letak kereta di halaman juga mencukupi, tetapi masih ada di bawah tanah, dan tidak ada tempat letak kereta.

Hotel ini baru dibuka, ia baru, dan ia sangat selesa. Terasa di rumah. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat baik, dan perjalanan perniagaan adalah pilihan yang baik. Secara amnya, kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat baik dan bercakap dengan sangat lembut. Biliknya bersih dan rapi, dan anda tidak boleh menyalahkannya.
